About: On Saturday, January 14th, Eventide Brewing turns three! To celebrate we’re creating the first annual version of our Anniversary Ale. With only 100 Aniversary Ale Tours available for purchase, it is sure to sell out early! The anniversary tour includes a specially made anniversary glass from Spineless Studios, 5 – six oz pours of Eventide seasonal and year ’round offerings, and 1 – six oz pour of Eventide’s Anniversary Ale production facility tour. If this ticket is sold out we will still have regular tour and tastings available for purchase. The Anniversary Ale will not be available to taste with a regular tour and tasting purchase. The Anniversary Tour is $25 per person, while the regular tour and tasting are $15.

Sweetwater Woodlands Tour 2017: Friday, January 6th

Time: 5 pmAbout: Join us for Through The Brambles bottle release party at the Woodlands. Through the Brambles is the first Woodlands Project beer, released by SweetWater on January 6th, 2017. A blend of naturally refermented blackberries, representative of a Rosé in color. Mouthfeel is light bodied, dry, tart and acidic with a balanced aroma consisting of oak, fruit, acidity and natural funk from the wild yeast and bacteria that were present on the skins of the fruit. This beer vibrant will mature and evolve with time and is 100% bottle conditioned. What you’ll experience: Interactive tours of The Woodlands, education on barrel aging process and traditions, barrel anatomy, yeasts and bacteria knowledge, foeder details, and scoop about what the future holds (special, limited release beers, including barrel-aged and mixed fermentation brews). Two hours to sample brews (some in-progress from The Woodlands, plus some from The Hatchery, our pilot system in the brewery). Tickets run $20-$35.Beers on Tap:Woodlands Project:

ATLANTA WINTER WINE FESTIVAL 2017

On, Saturday, January 21st, Atlanta Wine Festivals presents Atlanta Winter Wine Festival from 12pm-4pm at City Winery. With 50 plus wines to sip, there will be everything from whites, reds, and even some bubbly. Beyond the wine will be a small beer selection, live music, and on top of that, a DJ.  Tickets are $45 in advance of January 12th, $50 after. If the event doesn’t sell out, tickets will be available at the door for $60.
