The sister festival to the Fall Festival on Ponce (October 14 and 15, 2017), the Spring Festival on Ponce will transform the park, which was carefully restored by the Olmsted Linear Park Alliance, into an outdoor art gallery to the backdrop of budding spring foliage.  The two-day fine arts event will feature over 125 displays of local and regional fine art and crafts, utilizing the gorgeous landscape designed by one of America’s most celebrated landscape architects, Fredrick Olmsted, Sr. In addition to the abundance of unique art, there will be a children’s area, local gourmet food trucks, beverages and a small stage for acoustic musical performances.  The event is free, open to all ages, and dogs are welcome.  For more information about the festival, please visit www.festivalonponce.com or www.affps.com.

About The Atlanta Foundation for Public Spaces:
The Atlanta Foundation for Public Spaces, LLC was established in 2005 to support the arts community by operating arts and craft events and festivals in the metro Atlanta, Georgia area. AFFPS was formed to create a way of integrating and encouraging both social interactions and the opportunity for individuals and businesses to obtain cross exposures in marketplaces that they may normally not have. Our festivals, events, and markets enjoy diverse social and economic participants. All events are professionally managed and maintained to create a “destination” in which both public and private opportunities for economic growth can be explored. AFFPS works in partnership with the communities and cities in the metro Atlanta area to expand public access to art.  For more information visit, www.affps.com.
