CONDESA COFFEE’S OLD FOURTH WARD LOCATION CELEBRATES 5 YEARS OF SUCCESS

In honor of five years of success, Condesa Coffee in the Old Fourth Ward will host a special all-day anniversary bash in their newly renovated space on Wednesday, January 25, 2017. Starting off the day, invited guests can enjoy a complimentary gourmet coffee and a house-made breakfast treat, while interacting with the owners and baristas behind Condesa from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. As a special way of saying thank you, throughout the day coffee lovers can partake in various specials including coffee flights, house-made treats and more. In addition to Condesa’s 5th Anniversary, the timely food and drink holiday National Irish Coffee Day takes place, featuring Condesa’s Signature Irish Coffee Cocktail. Consisting of hot coffee, Irish whiskey, sugar, stirred and topped with thick cream, this is an Old Fourth Ward favorite. From 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., imbibers can clink their glasses in honor of Condesa’s 5 years of success, with complimentary Irish coffee cocktails, passed appetizers, a live music performance and more.

ATLANTA WINTER BEER FESTIVAL 2017

On, Saturday, February 4th, Atlanta Beer Festivals presents Atlanta Winter Beer Fest from 1-6pm at Atlantic Station. Just imagine 150+ Beers, wines and ciders, Live Music, and even a DJ. It’s all so much fun for $45 advance, $55 day of the event.

Callanwolde Arts Festival 2017

Join the Atlanta Foundation for Public Spaces (AFFPS) on Saturday, January 21 and Sunday, January 22, 2017, as they celebrate the fourth annual Callanwolde Arts Festival. The award-winning, two-day indoor festival is located in one of Atlanta’s most distinctive historic properties, the 27,000-square foot Callanwolde Mansion in Druid Hills, and features approximately 86 painters, photographers, sculptors, metalwork, glass artists, jewelers and more. The festival, which is open to all ages, will also offer artist demonstrations, live acoustic music, food trucks with healthy alternatives, and live music and dance performances. Admission is $5 at the door. Art lovers are also invited to take advantage of the ticketed V.I.P. Preview Sales Party on Friday, January 20th from 6 to 9 p.m. Upon arrival, guests will be greeted are with a glass of wine to sip on as they stroll throughout the historic home and will be the first to view and shop the artwork showcased at this year’s festival. Guests are also invited to enjoy complimentary hors d’oeuvres by Zest Atlanta while they mix and mingle with the artists and enjoy live acoustic music. Admission to the V.I.P. Preview Sales Party is $20 and is open to all ages.

2017 Atlanta Winter Wine Festival

On, Saturday, January 21st, Atlanta Wine Festivals presents Atlanta Winter Wine Festival from 12pm-4pm at City Winery. With 50 plus wines to sip, there will be everything from whites, reds, and even some bubbly. Beyond the wine will be a small beer selection, live music, and on top of that, a DJ. Tickets are $50. This event is sold out but more tickets will be available Saturday weather permitting at $60.
