Brookhaven Beer Fest 2016

On Saturday, June 11th is the 6th annual Brookhaven Beer Fest setting up in its usual spot on Apple Valley Road in Brookhaven. One of Atlanta’s biggest beer festivals, this year they are offering 200+ beer and wine tastes, as well as a commemorative cup, live music, and food from food trucks and restaurants for purchase. Some of the beer offerings include a bunch of local breweries like Orpheus and Jekyll, while food wise There Brookhaven, Nerd Dawgs, and so much more will have something for you to snack on. Tickets are $40 at the time of publication.

2016 Atlanta Moon Ride

The Atlanta Moon Ride is a 6-mile nighttime bike ride through some of the city’s coolest neighborhoods with several thousand of your closest friends! Established in 2012, the Atlanta Moon Ride allows bike enthusiasts to ride at night without having to battle traffic all while showcasing Atlanta’s beautiful skyline. All proceeds benefit local nonprofit organization, Bert’s Big Adventure. The Ride starts at Piedmont park at 6pm and goes until 11pm. Tickets are $33 to 95 depending on if you’re an individual or team.

#THEFRYELIFE SUMMER STYLING EVENT

On Thursday, June 9th from 7 to 9 p.m., The Frye Company is celebrating the arrival of sandal season with an unforgettable styling event at its flagship store in Ponce City Market. Inspired by lazy, summer nights spent around a campfire at the beach, live acoustic music from Nashville’s Seryn will set the tone for the evening as guests sip on American Spirit Whiskey cocktails and enjoy house-made, gourmet s’mores from Cacao. Ladies in attendance are also invited to get easy, breezy beach looks at Frye’s braid bar featuring the talented stylists from Soda Salon on a first come, first served basis. From boat shoes, sneakers and moccasins to wedges, thongs, and sandals, the newest looks from Frye’s Summer Collection will also be available for purchase during the event. Atlanta Food and Wine Festival 2016

This weekend, enjoy food, entertainment, and a pop-up Vineyard(!) at Atlanta Food & Wine Festival.
