CYPRESS STREET PINT AND PLATE’S LAID BACK NEW YEAR’S EVE CELEBRATION
Not in the mood for glitz, glamour and balloon drops this New Year’s Eve? Head to Cypress Street Pint and Plate, one of Atlanta’s most cherished neighborhood haunts, for its ‘Laid Back New Year’s Eve’ celebration on Thursday, December 31, 2015 beginning at 7 p.m. Revelers are invited to belly up to the bar, sit by the fire pit, and mix and mingle with friends while watching college football and taking advantage of $2 SweetWater IPA pints and $5 well drinks. Cypress will also ring in 2016 with a champagne toast and a midnight buffet for partygoers.
INAUGURAL NEW YEAR’S EVE CELEBRATION AT THE COCKENTRICE
Join The Cockentrice on Thursday, December 31, 2015 for a ‘Roaring’ 20s New Year’s Eve Celebration. Kicking off at 7 p.m., revelers will be greeted with punch and a charcuterie reception. While The Micah Cadwell Trio sets the soundtrack for the evening with live jazz, guests will dine on a Grand Tasting Dinner featuring three-courses with wine pairings created by Executive Chef Kevin Ouzts. Following dinner, guests will be treated to dessert and after dinner drinks before hitting the dance floor. At midnight, a champagne toast and balloon drop will ring in 2016. RING IN NYE AT PARK TAVERN WITH YACHT ROCK REVUE & YACHT ROCK SCHOONER
Let the countdown begin as Park Tavern gets ready to ring in the New Year on Thursday, December 31, 2015 with an all-inclusive celebration featuring live music from Yacht Rock Revue, Yacht Rock Schooner and DJ Mp3Po spinning all night long in the Piedmont Room. Beginning at 9 p.m., partygoers are invited to enjoy an open bar of premium liquor, beer, wine and champagne from Blue Moon, Absolut, Jack Daniels, Bacardi, and J Roget Brut Champagne, along with a range of tasty offerings a including hors d’oeuvres, tacos, sliders, fresh sushi, and s’mores. At midnight, guests will be treated to a champagne toast and can dive into a breakfast buffet that includes Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, breakfast burritos, and much more. General Admission tickets begin at $99 for ages 21 and up and covers all food and beverage between 9 p.m. and 2 a.m.
RING IN 2016 AT RED PEPPER TAQUERIA IN BUCKHEAD
Head to Red Pepper Taqueria in Buckhead this New Year’s Eve for an unforgettable, casual fiesta featuring live music, delicious Mexican cuisine, drinks and more. Throughout the day, Red Pepper will be serving up $2 shots of MB Blanco Tequila, Fireball, and Coldcock, and $3 Tecate Beer, and select craft beer and $6 House Margaritas. From 4 to 6 p.m. revelers and can enjoy a dozen Oysters for just $7 and $5 Skinny Margaritas. The live music kicks off at 9 p.m. and the full dinner menu will also be available.

LADYBIRD TO OPEN “GROVE” OUTDOOR SPACE
Ladybird Grove & Mess Hall—the Atlanta restaurant and bar that opened in September of 2014 and serves campfire-inspired cuisine—will expand to include a more than 4000-square-foot outdoor “grove” with a bar. Located at Mile Marker 9.25, Ladybird was the first outdoor-oriented restaurant to open on the Atlanta BeltLine’s acclaimed Eastside Trail. The BeltLine is a former 22-mile industrial rail corridor that has recently been transformed into a popular and extensive city loop, with bike paths, walking trails, public art exhibitions, and more.
