Upcoming Wine Dinners at Casa Nuova

Caymus Wine Dinner
- Date: November 14 at 7 PM
- Details: A 4-course meal with wine pairings
  - Welcome Wine: Mer Soleil Chardonnay
  - First Course: Short Rib Ravioli paired with Caymus Suisun Grand Durif
  - Second Course: Red Bean Soup paired with Caymus California Cabernet Sauvignon
  - Third Course: Veal Parm with polenta paired with Caymus “50” Napa Cabernet
  - Dessert: Chocolate Cake

Daou Wine Dinner
- Date: November 26 at 7 PM
- Details: A 4-course meal with wine pairings
  - Welcome Wine: Daou Chardonnay
  - First Course: Mozzarella Marinara paired with Penfolds Max’s Cabernet Sauvignon
  - Second Course: Quesobirria Ravioli paired with Daou 1740 Red Blend
  - Third Course: Pork Ossobucco paired with Penfold’s 389
  - Dessert: Blueberry Cheesecake

San Polo Montalcino Complimentary Wine Tasting – November 13 from 5 PM to 7 PM
Join Natasha Telfer and Robi Shay for an evening exploring the wines of San Polo Montalcino.
Jordan Complimentary Wine Tasting – November 19 from 5 PM to 7 PM
Hosted by Matt Dedecker, this complimentary tasting showcases a selection of Jordan wines.
Pinot Noirs Around the World – November 22 from 6 PM to 7:30 PM
Owner and sommelier Pepe Fundora will lead an educational tasting of four Pinot Noirs from different regions. Light snacks will be provided by Casa Nuova.
