ATLANTA, GA — One of the biggest productions of its kind ever in Atlanta, Red Bull Music Presents: ATL is Burning Ball will bring Atlanta’s ballroom underground into the spotlight and celebrate the city’s vibrant LGBTQ+ scene. Half dance party, half ball, the event will see icons and beginners alike walking in over 10 categories, while artists representing queer and underground club scenes across the country will keep the crowd moving late into the night.

The event will kick off with a genre-melding dance party of club & electronic music, featuring performances and DJ sets by Leikeli47, QUEST?ONMARC, Cakes da Killa, Leonce, Divoli S’vere, JSPORT, Ripparachie, and Montré.

Hosted by Precious Ebony and soundtracked by MikeQ, Byrell The Great, and Vjuan Allure, members of 10+ iconic houses (such as House of Mizrahi, House of Escada, and House of Ebony) will walk in the ball portion of the event. The ball will also feature performances by legendary ballroom figures Leiomy Maldonado, Dashaun Wesley, and Koppi Mizrahi.

Red Bull Music Presents: ATL is Burning Ball is brought to life in partnership with Atlanta collectives Morph and Southern Fried Queer Pride. Advising on the ball is Andre Mizrahi, the father of the House of Mizrahi, which has multiple chapters around the world. Atlanta currently has one of the largest and most active ballroom scenes in the country.

Red Bull Music Presents is a collection of shows that celebrates diverse music scenes in cities across the globe. In the U.S., the series is focused on supporting local creative communities and unearthing inspiring stories across New York City, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Chicago, Oakland, San Francisco, Miami, Nashville, Denver, St. Louis, Philadelphia, Minneapolis, Portland, Seattle and Austin.

Boos and Brews Halloween Party 2018

Date: Saturday, October 27th

About: Atlanta Beer Festivals hosts the 9th annual Boos and Brews on Saturday, Oct 27th from 8 pm – 2 am at Center Stage, The Loft, and Vinyl. Two DJs and a live band will be performing in the three separate spaces of the venue.  Costume contests include “Best Male”, “Best Female”, “Best Couple,” and “Best Group” with Winter Beer Fest tickets as the prizes. We will also have a contest for “Best Costume” after the event on Facebook for $500 cash. The most Facebook ‘Likes’ wins the money. This year there will be a General Admission ticket as well as a Beer Lovers ticket option. General Admission includes entry, entertainment and up to two drink tickets with entry before 9pm, You’ll receive two drink tickets with entry between 8 and 8:30 pm, one drink ticket with entry between 8:30 pm and 9 pm. All tickets must be used by 9:30 pm. Tickets are $15 in advance, $20 after October 19th, and $25 day of the event. The Beer Lovers Ticket includes all beer samples from 8 pm to 1 am and are $40 in advance, $45 after October 18th, and $55 the day of the event.

Sandy Springs Wine Festival 2018

About: Join us on Saturday, November 3rd for the next inaugural Sandy Springs Wine Festival on the entertainment lawn at Heritage Sandy Springs. From 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm enjoy complimentary wine and craft beer tastings (over 50 varieties), music performances, and fun wine-themed activities. Tickets include souvenir Sandy Springs Wine Festival tasting glass, complementary wine and craft beer tastings, DJ/live music, and food available for purchase. Tickets range in price from $30 to $60.

Grandiose Grape Wine Festival 2018

Date: Saturday, November 3rd

Time: 1 pm

About: 3rd Annual Grandiose Grape Wine Festival this year to be held on Saturday, November 3rd. It’s a wine, food, music, and community event benefiting The Cottage School Roswell. Come out to the outdoor wine tasting featuring 90 + wines represented by 30 wineries, live music, and food from The Mill Kitchen and Bar presented by Executive Chef Flynn McClanahan. General Admission Ticket are $65 and include entry at 2 pm, wine tasting, food, and souvenir glass, as well as all the above including wine, music, and food pairings. Beyond that is VIP, tickets are $110 each and include early admission at 1 pm, reserved wine tasting with 30 reserved wines, everything from a GA ticket, expanded food menu, t-shirt, and $25 gift certificate to The Mill Kitchen and Bar.
