About Queen of Cream
Started last year by 28-year-old Cora Cotrim (formerly worked in pastry at favorite Atlanta restaurants Paper Plane and Cacao), Queen of Cream is an Atlanta-based, small-batch ice cream company that uses local and organic ingredients. They are the first ice cream shop to make ice cream 100% from scratch on location in Atlanta, and the company sources grass-fed, organic milk from Working Cows Dairy (Slocomb, AL) and cream from Southern Swiss Dairy (Waynesboro, GA). Recent flavors include Sweet GA Corn + Blueberries, Cornflake Bacon Brittle, Thai Tea and many more. Previously ice cream cart only, they opened their first brick-and-mortar location—an ice cream and coffee parlor—in August 2015, where they also serve cookies, pies, and house a full coffee bar.
