ADC DINING + DESIGN AT WHITE PROVISION WEST SIDE
Atlanta foodies and design enthusiasts are invited to Dining + Design at White Provision on Atlanta’s Westside this Wednesday, October 28th. Guests will first hear background on the adaptive reuse property White Provision from its developer, Chris Faussemagne. Next, attendees will stroll to West Egg’s fried chicken-themed pop-up Oddbird for snacks; then to cocktails and hors d’oeuvres at Ford Fry’s Marcel restaurant, and end at Victory Brands’ new Little Trouble cocktail bar for more bites and a nightcap. Along the way, guests will also hear from Chef Ford Fry, restaurateur and designer Ian Jones, and designers from local architecture, planning, and design firm Square Feet Studio. There are only 45 tickets available for this event.
GREAT ATLANTA BEER FEST 2015
It’s the best baseball memory you have: the crack of the bat, the crowd clapping and jumping, a familiar tune playing on the loud speakers. That’s what it feels like when you visit Turner Field: you’re favorite baseball memory, even if there isn’t any baseball being played at all. 4th Annual Brookhaven Chili Cook-Off
On Saturday, October 10th, the Brookhaven Chili Cook-Off is a FREE family friendly festival event in heart of Brookhaven at new location: Brookhaven Park. They will have live music with Battlefield Collective, Drucker, and Behind the sun. Tickets include unlimited Chili & Brunswick stew tasting that starts at 12pm while supplies last. Get there early! There will be 70 plus Chili teams, as well as wine beer and liquor for sale. Amateurs could win up to $2500 in cash prizes for the best chili/food. Tickets are $10 in advance and $15 at the door.
Chalktoberfest 2015: Chalk and Beer Festival
On Saturday, October 10th and Sunday, October 11th The Marietta/Cobb Museum of Art is proud to present Chalktoberfest, an exciting combination of their annual Chalk Festival with Marietta’s first Craft Beer Festival. Join us on Marietta square as we embark on this year’s Chalktoberfest! The festival takes place October 10th and 11th and is free to the public. The Craft Beer Festival takes place on October 10th between 11:00 – 5:00 and tickets can be purchased online. The event will have over 100 different types of craft beers and MCMA has brought in approximately 50 sponsored, professional artists who will be painting the streets of Marietta.
