For the past few years, Park Tavern has been putting on Unplugged In The Park, a free Sunday live concert open to the public on the Park Tavern stage. This year included one of our local favorite bands, Stokeswood, so we had to check it out this year. Highlights: Adam laying on the floor singing and the energy of the crowd. These are every weekend through mid-September, so check it out this weekend!
It finally happened! Wild Heaven opened it’s tap room and brewery in Decatur, GA! We were on hand to check out Wild Heaven’s new digs, while taking in several longtime favorites like Ode to Mercy and new ones including the Barley Wine. Highlights: the brewery tour by Nick, the President, himself and the Ode To Mercy brewed with Expresso. They are now open every weekend, you should stop by this weekend!
The Dogwood Festival has entertained Atlantans for over 75 years, and this year was no exception. We always enjoy walking the artist market, tasting wine, and listening to the free music. This year’s highlights included: jamming with our friend DJ Mynd, rocking with Wesley Cook, and trying So Delicious’ coconut milk ice cream. Score!
