Kelli was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona before moving to New York in 2012, where she quickly became a vibrant presence in the city’s music scene. Thursday, March 27 – Atlanta Room – Gentry Blue / ESTIMATED PRINCIPLES / Electric Gemini
Genre: Rock
There is as much space within us as without. With their debut album Fragments, Nashville-based rock band Gentry Blue soars and plummets in both directions equally, through debris fields of matter and emotion, to show how each space echoes the other. From the extra-galactic dread of “Collide,” through the self-stretched existentialism of “Fragments,” to the defiant positivity of “Cutthroat,” Frontwoman Lydia Gentry-DeBonis becomes an oracle of emotion over the crushing instrumentals of Brendan Gentry-DeBonis and Sean Jannay.
ESTIMATED PRINCIPLES is an alternative rock group hailing from Augusta, GA. Delivering walls of distortion cut by catchy piano lines and haunting melodic hooks, they’ll leave you wanting more everytime. Committed to providing an experience you’ll never forget, and a community built to last.
Electric Gemini is a heavy trio from Atlanta with influences ranging from groove, hardcore, doom, grunge and jazz music. The band formed in late 2022, all meeting each other at Georgia State. The band pride themselves on their variety of styles they play and the contrast in their live show. Between slow hypnotic grooves, to fast shredding, beautiful chords, to experimentation with noise and avant-garde music, their live show is a must see.

Friday, March 28 – Atlanta Room – Cody Bolden and The Road Hands along with Das Kaiser / Marley Hale
Genre: Country
Cody Bolden is a singer-songwriter based in Canton, Georgia. He was raised between Alabama and Georgia, traveling between homes. Music seems to be in the background of all of Cody’s memories, from his Mom singing folk songs while cooking breakfast in the morning to his Dad’s radio always being on and dialed to an Outlaw Country station. Although music was continuously present, Cody only recently decided to pick-up a guitar and start making music of his own. Two years into his musical journey, Cody enjoys writing and performing songs about things that are important to him, allowing his parents’ musical preferences to influence his sound.
On her debut EP By My Own Ways, released July 2024, Brooklyn-based singer/songwriter Marley Haleshares a collection of lived-in stories with a strangely enthralling power, sharply capturing moments of danger and desperation and all-consuming longing. With its moody ruminations on sobriety and heartbreak, the five-song project unfolds in a captivating country/folk sound spotlighting the refined musicality Hale has cultivated almost her entire life. Co-produced by Hale and rooted in a beguiling voice that would feel right at home on classic country radio, By My Own Ways ultimately introduces a singular new artist exquisitely skilled at merging raw truth and mesmerizing storytelling.

Friday, March 28 – Music Room – SOBATL Presents Albert Castiglia With Support From Parker Barrow

Albert Castiglia is fresh from winning another Blues Music Award at the recent festivities in Memphis for “Best Blues Rock Album” as a member of the “Blood Brothers,” along with labelmate Mike Zito, Albert Castiglia comes out guitar-slinging on his new solo Gulf Coast Records album, Righteous Souls. The new album is chock-full of Albert Castiglia’s signature sounds: blistering guitar licks flavored with righteously-soulful vocals that send a powerful blues message. Along with a number of original songs, Righteous Souls includes Castiglia’s takes on a batch of cover songs from Willie Dixon, Buddy Guy, Eric Clapton/Rick Danko and two written by his former boss and mentor, the late, great Junior Wells.

Forged from an immediate connection, the band finds inspiration in the infamous duo of Bonnie Parker and Clyde Barrow. Saturday, March 29 – Music Room – SOBATL Presents Adam Knight’s Buried Alive + The Grateful Brothers
Genre: Phish & Grateful Dead + The Allman Brother’s Band Tributes
Multi-genre guitarist and Phish devotee, Adam Knight, has brought together an exceptional group of musicians to celebrate the music of Phish. In 2018, at the request of a local venue owner, Adam put together a band called Adam Knight’s Buried Alive to perform at a Phish-themed event. After that show, it was clear that the band had remarkable chemistry and wanted to take the project even further. Adam Knight’s Buried Alive is known for executing the most complex Phish compositions. The band uses their favorite Phish tunes as a launching pad for their own high-energy, intense jams. This cathartic celebration is what phans live for.
The Grateful Brothers pay tribute to two of the richest catalogs of music in American history: The Grateful Dead and The Allman Brothers Band. Formed in early 2016, The Grateful Brothers combine the catalogs of The Allman Brothers and The Grateful Dead. Often intertwining songs through segues and transitions, they carry out the improvisational spirit of the two groups in their own space. They use the songs as more of a template rather than adhering to strict album-style covers, creating a unique, high-energy, and genuine crowd experience at every performance. The seven musicians making up the band have known each other and played in various outfits with one another for upwards of twenty years. The camaraderie between them is obvious and the familiarity leads to the ease of musical exploration.
