RED PEPPER TAQUERIA BUCKEHAD TO HOST SMITH FAMILY CHARITY DINE-OUT EVENT

Atlanta, Georgia (September 9, 2015) – Sometimes asking for help can be the most difficult question of all, which is why restaurateur and chef Mimmo Alboumeh is hosting a charitable dine-out event for Lacey and Will Smith on Wednesday, September 16 from 5 to 10 p.m. at Red Pepper Taqueria in Buckhead. With two of their three children, five-year old Liam and two-year Emma, undergoing treatment for Leukemia, the Smith family launched a crowdfunding page to help cover the costs of their escalating medical bills.  With a goal to raise $100,000 via their YouCaring.com page, www.youcaring.com/supportthesmiths, Red Pepper Taqueria will donate 20% of sales from the dine-out event to the Smith Family and offer a number of specials including $3 Mexican Break™ shots, $3 Tecate Beer, $3 Select Craft Beers, and $6 RPT Margaritas. Diners will also have the opportunity to sign children’s books for Liam, Emma and Ella Smith throughout the dine-out so they know how much Atlanta supports them through this difficult time. While the family is based out of Jacksonville, Fla., their story has been closely watched by many Atlantans who continue to offer support in an effort to raise much-needed funds.
