From a Solar Eclipse Viewing Party featuring complimentary viewing glasses and a DJ to delicious foods and drinks at the Tacos ‘N Taps and Atlanta Seafood Festivals to events for a cause with Walk MS, Atlantic Station beckons with an April calendar bursting with springtime festivities.

The Creator’s Market brings unstoppable creativity to Atlantic Station, beginning Friday, April 5, from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Shop locally and celebrate Atlanta’s artisans every Saturday (11 a.m. to 9 p.m.) and Sunday (12 p.m. to 7 p.m.) in April with festive art, jewelry, couture and more, all while supporting the makers of the South. Iconic entertainment destination swings into spring with weekly yoga, restaurant specials, musical performances and more!

This month, The Battery Atlanta has a full lineup sure to help guests celebrate the start of the anticipated spring season. Visitors can enjoy free yoga classes on the Plaza Green every away-game Monday, and Twilight Tours continue at Truist Park. March Madness continues at Live! at The Battery Atlanta for the Final Four and the Championship, and the eateries will once again host UFC Fight Night. The music is nonstop at the Coca-Cola Roxy this month with performances from Offset to The Brothers Osborne. Park Bench parties are back with a calendar packed full of karaoke nights, dueling pianos and more! Returning restaurant promotions include Jazz Brunches, Prime Rib Wednesdays and Sunday Supper at Garden & Gun Club.

Wellness Series: Yoga by Kaiser Permanente

The Yoga Series has arrived for spring! Yogis can kick off every away-game week stress-free at an outdoor yoga class presented by Kaiser Permanente. Forsyth County’s mixed-use village invites the community to play, shop, dine and experience what’s new

Halcyon welcomes the spring season with sunny skies, warmer weather and a fun-filled calendar of events in April! Kick off the month watching the Masters Tournament at Cherry Street Brewpub; enjoy live music every weekend jamming to local bands at Groovin’ on the Green; celebrate fan-favorite farm animal yoga returning this month; shop from a variety of local, handmade products and gifts at the Halcyon Spring Artists Market; and take advantage of the spring weather by dining on one of the many outdoor patios at Halcyon’s restaurants.

Groovin’ on the Green

Fridays and Saturdays in April from 6 – 9 p.m.

Celebrate the weekend by dancing and singing along to live musical performances on Village Green. Enjoy local musicians across a variety of genres playing top hits. On the last Saturday of each month, Cherry Street Brewpub will host live music on its patio adjacent to Village Green. Guests can treat themselves to a craft brew and groove to live music playing all around the village! Halcyon has an open container policy, however outside food or beverages are prohibited.   • Halfway Crooks is set to light up April with two special events. On April 13, Electro Nite in the biergarten features an evening of live experimental music and electronica.   • An event not to be missed, Move For Grady returns to Georgia State’s Center Parc Stadium, offering a dynamic way to support Grady Health System. Participants can choose from 20- and 62-mile bike rides or take on 5K/10K walking and running routes. New this year is the one-mile DownHill Dash, a test of speed and excitement. Second Helpings Atlanta celebrates Earth Day each Sunday throughout the month of April, starting Sunday, April 11, with a virtual series of “Zero Waste Cooking Classes” to promote sustainability. Classes will be led by Chef and owner of Mercer Street Meals Lance Gummere, author of “Chez Marc’s Quarantine Cookbook” Marc Pollack, and “Southern Ground” author Jennifer Lapidus.
