A Monthly, Chef-Led Seafood Series Celebrating the Art of Expert Technique and Flavor
Reservations Now Open for January, February, and March
By popular demand, Ceviche Sessions is officially back at Tio Lucho’s, bringing the restaurant’s interactive, chef-led seafood dinner series into 2026 with its first three dates now open for booking: January 14, February 4, and March 4. Hosted monthly at the bar’s high-top communal tables, this intimate dining experience places seafood front and center, with Owner and Executive Chef Arnaldo Castillo breaking down the catch of the day tableside before transforming it into a multi-course feast. The evening begins with a whole fish breakdown, offering a behind-the-scenes look at how to select, prep, and elevate top-quality seafood. From there, guests enjoy a main course featuring the chef’s choice of preparation—grilled, fried, or braised—paired with organic jasmine rice and seasonal sides. Each guest is welcomed with a hand-selected glass of wine, with the full bar available throughout the evening, along with Tio Lucho’s dinner menu for those looking to explore more of the restaurant’s Peruvian-inspired offerings. Designed for diners who appreciate bold flavors and expert technique, Ceviche Sessions delivers an immersive, communal experience that has quickly become one of the restaurant’s most talked-about events. Seating is limited. Tickets are $100 per person, excluding tax, and are available now at www.tioluchos.com. Tio Lucho’s is located at 675 N. Highland Ave. NE, Atlanta, GA 30306.
