Celebrating blooming flowers, sunshine and warmer weather, the annual Spring Festival on Ponce is returning to historic Olmsted Linear Park on Saturday, April 6 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, April 7, 2024, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Presented by the Atlanta Foundation for Public Spaces, festival-goers are invited explore and purchase works from approximately 125 painters, photographers, sculptors, leather and metal craft workers, glass blowers, jewelers and more. While taking in the beautiful landscape and charming park, attendees can enjoy an array of local food trucks, beverages, a children’s play area, a DJ, and much more. Battle of the Bands Enters Round Two with Twelve Local Acts Vying for a Chance to Open SweetWater 420 Fest

Half-Day, Single-Day, Two-Day GA, Kush and Big Fish VIP Options On Sale

Presented by SweetWater Brewing, one of Atlanta’s anticipated festivals, SweetWater 420 Fest is two weeks out from its return April 20 and 21. Known for its eclectic lineup, as well as its charitable and environmental activations, food trucks, artist market, and, of course, beer from the largest craft brewer in the Southeast- this year’s lineup showcases artists of varying genres, from alternative to rock and pop to singer-songwriter, jam, soul, and an indie, with one slot left to fill. 

SweetWater 420 Fest recently announced it would be holding a fan-fueled Battle of the Bands contest where one lucky artist would win a chance to open up the event. After a period of open nominations, the competition is down to twelve acts from across the region that will go through three rounds of public voting. The top twelve artists include Basement Recess; Golden Habits; TasteBud; The Weekend Lovers; Aint Sisters; Are You Kind; Duncan Brothers Band; Strictly Liquid; Zyx; Koyal; Groove Moose, and The Outfield Clovers. From this, the top three will be chosen and have the opportunity to live stream an original track and cover song during the SweetWater 420 Fest live showcase on April 9th, after which voting will decide the ultimate winner.

Previously announced artists include headliners Beck and Slightly Stoopid, with support from Big Gigantic; Black Pumas; Gov’t Mule; Trombone Shorty; Cory Wong; Grace Potter; Moe.; St. Paul & The Broken Bones; Larkin Poe; Houndmouth; Ripe; Andy Frasco & The UN; Hayes & The Heathens; Little Stranger; Papadosio; Lespecial; Couch; Fireside Collective; The Psycodelics; Emily Wolfe; Bombargo; Hedonistas, and Connor Clark & Blue Rhythm Revival. Pop chanteuse Kanika Moore and 17-year-old guitar phenom Grace Bowers will also add their talents throughout the festival, sitting in with select artists.

Held on the weekend closest to Earth Day, this year’s event will be a true 420 Fest, beginning on April 20th at Pullman Yards. In addition to the music, the event will feature local vendors, workshops, regional and local food vendors offering vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options, an artist market, bars, concessions, festival merch, water stations, and more. Last fall, the venue hosted the Highball festival experience, which USAToday rated as one of the Top 10 Best New music festivals in the country. 

New this year, the festival will be offering half-day headliner tickets, granting admission to the event at 5p to see some of the festival’s biggest acts. Sandy Springs Artsapalooza returns on Saturday, March 30, and Easter Sunday, March 31, 2024. The award-winning, free festival features more than 150 painters, photographers, sculptors, leather and metal craft makers, glass blowers, jewelers and more. Transforming the tree-lined streets of Sandy Springs into an expansive outdoor art gallery, festival-goers will have the opportunity to view artist demonstrations, participate in hands-on art activities, and enjoy music. The event also has an expansive children’s area and plenty of food trucks and beverages for all tastes. At 2 p.m. on Easter Sunday, the festival is once again hosting the largest Easter Egg Hunt in Sandy Springs with over 10,000 hidden Easter eggs. Roswell Music Festival Announces Lineup for Second Annual Event

The highly anticipated 2024 Roswell Music Festival is back for its second year, set to take place on May 18th in the heart of Historic Downtown Roswell. Following the tremendous success of its inaugural edition, this year’s festival promises to be bigger and better, featuring an electrifying lineup of renowned performers and an array of exciting activities for attendees of all ages.

Headlining this year’s festival is critically acclaimed band Sister Hazel bringing their hits such as ‘All For You’, ‘Change Your Mind’ and ‘Champagne High.’ Joining Sister Hazel on one of the two stages will be Kevn Kinney Band, Bloodkin, Frankly Scarlet, Troy Doherty, Cat Ridgeway & The Tourists, Magnolia Express, and Davis and The Love. With two stages hosting non-stop entertainment throughout the day, attendees can expect an unforgettable musical experience that spans a variety of genres.

In addition to the stellar musical lineup, the festival will offer a vibrant atmosphere with tent vendors, food vendors serving up delicious culinary delights, craft beer to quench your thirst, and a VIP tent for those seeking an enhanced festival experience.

Supporting our military veterans is a key focus of the 2024 Roswell Music Festival. A portion of the proceeds from the event will be donated to Shepherd’s Men, an organization dedicated to advocating for and providing opportunities to our nation’s veteran heroes who have been affected by the hidden injuries of war. By attending the festival, patrons will enjoy a day of fantastic music and entertainment and contribute to a worthy cause.

Get ready to enjoy America’s beloved hands-on meal—chicken wings—at the highly anticipated Atlanta Wing Fest, presented by Taste of Atlanta. This ultimate wing showdown is set to take flight at Uptown Atlanta, Atrium Towers, located at 570 Main Street, Atlanta, GA 30324, on Thursday, April 18, 2024 from 6-10pm.


Atlanta Wing Fest promises an evening of craveable wings & things, desserts, bottomless beverages, music by DJ Tron, cooking and mixology demonstrations, and more. Chefs will provide grilled, fried and smoked wings with many unique flavors — tangy barbecue to spicy Sriracha, zesty lemon pepper to sweet and savory teriyaki. Attendees will embark on a flavor journey, sampling a variety of wings from 25 local restaurants from all around Atlanta.

Ticket buyers will have the opportunity to cast their votes for the coveted titles of “Best Wing,” “Best Bev,” and “Best Dessert” of the night, adding an element of friendly competition to the festivities.


The event kicks off at 7:00 p.m. and will run until 10:00 p.m., with VIP ticket holders granted early entry at 6:00 p.m. VIP tickets are available for $95, while General Admission tickets are priced at $85. Both ticket tiers offer all-inclusive access to unlimited wing samples, bottomless tastings of local beer, wines from around the world and craft cocktails, live music, DJ and interactive entertainment options. The Avenue West Cobb, an outdoor lifestyle shopping center, is kicking off spring with its annual Spring Festival. The event is set to be held on Friday, March 29 from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the center’s Green Space. 

“Spring is here! We’re looking forward to welcoming Marietta community members to the center as the days get longer and flowers begin to bloom,” said Alondra Moya, marketing manager for The Avenue West Cobb. “Our annual Spring Festival is a staple in the local community and this year we’ve ensured there are plenty of fun activities for kids of all ages.”

Halcyon’s beloved Easter celebration is back again this year. Families can choose from a 11 a.m. or 1 p.m. time slot to enjoy several activities on Village Green, such as meet-and-greet photos with the Easter Bunny, face painting, petting zoo, balloon animals and so much more. Tickets are $20 per child with proceeds donated to Jesse’s House. Jesse’s House provides a safe haven and therapeutic environment for adolescent girls who have been removed from situations of neglect and abuse or present a safety risk to themselves and others. Themes and activities vary weekly and will be announced on Halcyon’s Facebook page and Instagram stories. A parent or guardian is required to stay with each child during the duration of the event. Groovin’ on the Green
