Sat., July 4, 6-11pm – Stars, Sips and Skyline: Fourth of July Rooftop Celebration at St. Julep

Guests are invited to celebrate the Fourth of July at St. Julep, the iconic rooftop atop the Kimpton Sylvan Hotel in Buckhead. From 6-11pm, attendees can experience skyline views, festive vibes and a front-row seat for the fireworks. The evening will also feature a live DJ spinning summer hits. Limited tickets (here) are $45 per person and include a welcome “Red, White & Boozy” cocktail with Grey Goose and BBQ bites, tastings from Grey Goose and festive party favors. A full bar with specialty cocktails will also be available for purchase.

Sat., July 4, 11am-Midnight – The Roof at Ponce City Market’s “Rooftop Rodeo” Fourth of July & 10th Anniversary Celebration

The Roof at Ponce City Market is celebrating a milestone year with its biggest Independence Day event yet. On Saturday, July 4, guests are invited to experience Rooftop Rodeo, an all-day celebration honoring three major milestones: America’s 250th birthday, Independence Day and the 10-year anniversary of The Roof.  

From 11am until midnight, The Roof will transform into a patriotic rooftop playground featuring live entertainment, western-inspired activities, contests, specialty food and beverage offerings and panoramic views of the Atlanta skyline.

“This year is incredibly special for us,” said Mandy Slater, co-owner of Slater Hospitality. “We’re celebrating ten years of memories on The Roof while also recognizing a historic moment for our country. Rooftop Rodeo brings together everything guests love about The Roof—great food, unforgettable experiences, incredible views, and a reason to celebrate together.” 

Event highlights include: 

  • Mechanical Bull competitions with longest ride contests and prizes 6-9pm
  • Live DJs performing on the Terrace and Skyline Park  
  • Line dancing with lessons from 6-9pm
  • Best Dressed Americana contest  
  • Mini Golf challenges and championship rounds  
  • Photo booths and interactive photo opportunities  
  • Hourly prize giveaways throughout the property  
  • Daytime balloon artists, face painters, and family-friendly entertainment  

Guests can also enjoy a variety of themed food and beverage offerings, including hot dog stations, walking tacos, an ice cream cart, BBQ-inspired specials from 9 Mile Station, frozen bourbon cocktails and specialty sponsor activations.  

The celebration will take place throughout Skyline Park, the Rooftop Terrace, 9 Mile Station, The Parlour and additional areas across The Roof. Admission is $25 for adults and $15 for children, with access included for guests with reservations at 9 Mile Station.

Sat., July 4 – Delbar Open on July 4 During the Peachtree Road Race

Delbar Buckhead invites guests to celebrate both July 4 and the Peachtree Road Race with them. Race participants, spectators and anyone in the area are encouraged to enjoy the race-day atmosphere on Delbar’s outdoor bar and patio space, which will be open throughout the morning, making it a great place to stop by for a drink. Delbar’s Inman Park and Alpharetta locations will also be open on July 4 with the Inman Park location opening early for brunch at 10am, and both locations starting dinner service at 3pm and final seating at 7pm. Sat., July 4, 2-6pm – Fourth of July Pool Party at Buckhead’s Kimpton Sylvan Hotel

Guests are invited to celebrate the Fourth of July at the pool at the Kimpton Sylvan Hotel! Tickets include access to the pool deck, one complimentary St-Germain Spritz, music from a live DJ and beat-the-heat swag. Poolside bites from The Betty will also be available for purchase. Guests must be 21+, and tickets are available for $40 here

Sat., July 4 – Fourth of July Specials at Boone’s

Boone’s, a restaurant and bar serving American cuisine with warm hospitality overlooking Bobby Jones Golf Course, invites golfers and non-golfers alike to celebrate the Fourth of July with them. The restaurant is offering specials where guests can get a hot dog or sliders with fries & a Boone’s Pilsner for $15.  Membership Swap Fourth of July Weekend at Mimms Museum and Chattahoochee Nature Center

The Fourth of July has extra-special meaning this year as part of America’s 250th and Mimms Museum will be open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the holiday, giving local residents and visitors alike the chance to cool off and enjoy unique activities. A special museum-wide scavenger hunt will take place throughout the day, and visitors can attend the museum’s popular Punch Card Machine Demo from 1 to 3 p.m., showcasing the history of punch card computing. Attendees will have the opportunity to create their own souvenir punch card using an original IBM 029 machine.

An added perk, Mimms Museum members can enjoy complimentary admission to the nearby Chattahoochee Nature Center (CNC) Friday, July 3rd through Sunday, July 5th by presenting their membership card at the CNC admissions desk. During the same period, CNC members will also receive complimentary admission to Mimms Museum with proof of membership.

ROLL INTO ROCK ‘N’ TACO FOR JULY FOURTH OUTDOOR MUSIC FESTIVAL

Late-Night Gourmet Taqueria Celebrates with Weekend of Live Music, Food and Drinks

WHAT:

Rock ‘N’ Taco, Roswell’s favorite late-night gourmet taqueria, live music venue and incubator of local musical talent, celebrates Independence Day with a live music festival over the Fourth of July weekend. The lineup boasts favorites such as Rumours (Fleetwood Mac tribute), The Purple Madness (Prince tribute) and Departure (Journey tribute).

Rock ‘N’ Taco gives the Roswell community one of the only places to celebrate the July 4th holiday this year. The July 3-5 festival takes place in Rock ‘N’ Taco’s parking lot, allowing guests plenty of space to spread out and listen to live music in front of the restaurant and inside while grabbing dinner. Tickets will be $5 at the door and $10 after 10 p.m. Guests can enjoy pre-rolled tacos from outdoor taco booths as well as beer/liquor tents while listening to music.
