Sat., Dec. 7, Noon-Evening – Holiday Celebration at Buckhead Village

On Saturday, December 7 from noon-evening, Buckhead Village will host a property-wide holiday celebration where visitors and shoppers can toast to the season during Livable Buckhead’s Hot Chocolate Crawl, help adorn fire and police stations across the city with holiday cheer in a dazzling Wreath Decorating workshop, join the ton during a sparkling Bridgerton-inspired candlelight symphony performance with Elite Strings in the plaza, and more! 

The day’s lineup includes:

  • 11am-7pm: A holiday-inspired ATL Girl Gang Members Mart Pop-Up is returning to Buckhead Village to make holiday shopping a breeze! Visitors and shoppers are invited to shop small and support local this holiday season with a dazzling market that will spotlight female-owned, local businesses offering a one-stop-shop for one-of-a-kind jewelry, art, clothing, candles, home decor, and other holiday-inspired gifts.
  • Noon-2pm: Show support for the Atlanta Fire Rescue Department and the Atlanta Police Department with a special Wreath Decorating Event, where all can help decorate wreaths that will add holiday cheer to fire stations across the city throughout the season. *Event details coming soon.
  • Noon-4pm: Live, acoustic music in The Veranda
  • Kids can hit “The Bunny Slope” – the official Après-Ski kid zone to enjoy a rotating schedule of family-friendly arts and crafts like bottle brush trees, ski ornament making, and friendship bracelets.
  • 4-7pm:
  • Families can enjoy storytime with Stylish Santa in partnership with the Buckhead Library, plus a craft station, caroling from Atlanta’s beloved Tinseltones and s’mores for sale from Sprinkleista Bakery (perfect for roasting via the complimentary fire pits in The Plaza)!
  • Livable Buckhead invites guests to toast the season with the return of their annual Miracle on Peachtree Hot Chocolate Crawl that will include stops at Abbey Glass, Alice + Olivia, Billy Reid, Brown & Co., Francis Valentine, Planta QUEEN, Shake Shack, Todd Patrick, and more. Free tickets are available here.
  • Stylish Santa returns to roam and will be ready for photo ops in an Après-Ski-themed outfit on Buckhead Avenue.
  • 4-8pm: Live DJ and acoustic music near Fetch Park and Buckhead Ave
  • 7-8pm: Visitors can wrap up the day with a dazzling Bridgerton-inspired candlelight symphony performance by Elite Strings in The Plaza! The property will have several cozy lounge areas for guests to gather and view the performance while staying warm with to-go cocktails from participating restaurants on property. This event is free and open to the public.

Every Weekend from Nov. 1-Dec. 29 – Buckhead Art & Co. Holiday Market at Buckhead Village

As an annual tradition, Buckhead Art & Co. at Buckhead Village invites talented artists and craftspeople to showcase their unique creations in a festive, high-traffic setting. This year, the gallery will be featuring 10 local artisans and vendors – alongside their represented artists – for extended holiday hours and activations; including a C West Holiday Concert, gift wrapping and hot cocoa stations, live paintings and more. The market will be located at Sac de Lux next door to Buckhead Art & Co. at Buckhead Village.

Sat., Dec. 14, 11:30am-1:30pm – Holiday Wreath Making Workshop with Canaan MarshallBuckhead Village is hosting a holiday wreath-making class with beloved floral designer Canaan Marshall, star of HBO Max’s Full Bloom. Participants can create a personalized 24” wreath with seasonal greenery and florals including cedar, magnolia, dendrobium orchids and Christmas berries. During the workshop, guests will be treated to unlimited refreshments and a boxed lunch from Taverna. Tickets are $200 and available here.

Sun., Dec. 22, 11am-4pm – Brunch With Santa at Serena Pastificio

Dine with Santa Claus on Sunday, December 22 from 11am-4pm! Enjoy photos (includes digital download of photography) and a holiday brunch buffet of specials featuring brunch favorites, a carving station, antipasto, breads and pastries, desserts and more. Every Sun. in Dec., 2-4pm – Photos with Santa on The Roof at Ponce City Market

Santa (and sometimes friends) will be on The Roof at Ponce City Market every Sunday in December. The jolly man in the red suit will be available for a visit and photos for no additional charge. 

Through Jan. 6 – Mellow Mushroom Launches New Holiday Cocktail, the Merry Mule

Available across all Mellow Mushroom locations from November 12 through January 6, The Merry Mule will offer a cheerful twist on a beloved classic. The cocktail features refreshing ginger beer, a touch of cranberry and a hint of lime, all garnished with a mint sprig and fresh cranberries – perfectly capturing the spirit of the season.

Cocktail ingredient highlights include: 

  • A choice of 5 premium spirits: Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, Crown Royal Canadian Whiskey, Bulleit Frontier Bourbon, Don Julio Blanco Tequila or Ketel One Vodka
  • Fever-Tree Ginger Beer: made with natural ginger root, this ginger beer delivers a spicy kick with balanced sweetness
  • House-Made Lime: freshly squeezed lime with no artificial additives or preservatives for a zesty brightness

Sun., Dec. 24, 5-9pm – Christmas Eve Prix-Fixe Dinner at Le Bilboquet Le Bilboquet will be servicing a prix-fixe menu for $105 per person ($35 for the children’s menu) on Christmas Eve for dinner only. Reservations are available here. An a la carte menu will be available for walk-ins at the bar on a first come, first served basis.

Wed., Dec. 25 – Christmas Day at The Americano

Guests are invited to indulge in the joy of the season with a festive Christmas dinner at The Americano, where modern Italian cuisine meets timeless holiday traditions. Crafted by the award-winning culinary team helmed by celebrity chef Scott Conant, the exclusive menu will feature delectable appetizers to awaken the palate, luxurious entrées made with the finest ingredients and heavenly desserts to end the evening on a sweet note. Guests can savor every course with expertly selected wines or signature holiday cocktails, all in the warmth of the sophisticated, holiday-adorned dining room. Wed., Dec. 25, 5:30pm – Buckhead Village’s Menorah Lighting Event with Chabad Buckhead

Join Chabad Buckhead for a celebratory, family-friendly menorah lighting outside of The Veranda at Buckhead Village! Guests can immerse themselves in the festive spirit with an evening of live music, delicious latkes and donuts, warm beverages, kids crafts, family games and activities for all ages, as the community comes together to celebrate the Festival of Lights. Pre-Orders Available Soon! – Christmas Catering from Bellina Alimentari
This Christmas, Bellina Alimentari’s festive catering menu will bring Italian warmth and flavor to the holiday. Orders will be available to place here soon and must be ordered by Sunday, December 22. Pickup will be on Tuesday, December 24 from 2-5pm at the restaurant. Meals serve four people and are $260.

Throughout December – Holiday Panettone at Storico Fresco

This holiday season, Storico Fresco brings a favorite Italian holiday tradition to Atlanta with their authentic Panettone. This classic Italian sweet bread, traditionally enjoyed during the holidays with family and friends, is a light and airy treat, often featuring candied fruits and raisins. Panettone is synonymous with Italian holiday celebrations and gift-giving and represents Storico Fresco’s deep connection with Italian culture and commitment to embracing Italian traditions. Stop by the restaurant throughout December to experience this festive treat for $35.

Plato Navideno Available at both El Super Pan Locations

El Super Pan is offering its Plato Navideño! Available at both El Super Pan at Ponce City Market and The Battery locations, Plato Navideno is a dish served traditionally around Christmas time in Puerto Rico and features:

  • Pastele – House-made “Puerto Rican Tamale” root vegetable masa (green plantain, yuca, malanga lila and pumpkin) filled with stewed pork, chickpeas, raisins, olives and wrapped in a banana leaf
  • Pernil Asado – slow Cuban roasted pork butt with house mojo and chicharrones
  • Arroz con Gandules – Puerto Rican pigeon pea rice made with ham stock, pork belly and ham, sofrito and bay leaf.
  • Morcilla – A Puerto Rican classic sausage- made in-house with pork, pork blood, spices, and rice.

Coquito – $10 House-made Puerto Rican spiced rum, coconut cream, coconut milk and sweet seasonal spices (all spice, clove, nutmeg, and cinnamon).

The Roof at Ponce City Market invites guests to celebrate the holiday season at their Holiday Social Bar, opening November 15. Decked out with Insta-worthy, floor-to-ceiling holiday décor, guests can enjoy holiday-inspired cocktails from The Roof’s award-winning beverage team. No reservations required.

Opening Nov. 15 – Mixmas Pop-up at 12 Cocktail Bar on The Roof at Ponce City Market, Plus Holiday Cocktail Classes12 Cocktail Bar will be home to a swanky holiday bar located in the tower on The Roof this holiday season, and every Friday night, they’ll host holiday-themed cocktail classes starting on Dec. 13. Reservations are highly recommended and can be booked here. Private classes are also available for booking.

Opening Fri., Nov. 29 – Skate The Sky on The Roof at Ponce City MarketBack for an eighth year, The Roof at Ponce City Market invites guests to “Skate the Sky.” Ten stories above Ponce de Leon Avenue, the Rooftop Terrace will feature a 3,500-square-foot ice skating rink open seven days a week. All-access tickets will be $30 for adults and $22 for children, and include ice skating, unlimited gameplay (weather permitting) and admission to The Roof. Reservations will go live beginning November 1, and each reservation includes 50 minutes of skating, ice-skating rentals and unlimited gameplay at Skyline Park. Skaters must be at least 5 years of age to skate, and individuals under 12 must be accompanied by an adult skater on the ice. Hours for the rink will be the same as The Roof’s regular operating hours, available here

Open Fri., Nov. 29–Sun., Jan. 5 – Igloos on The Roof at Ponce City Market 

This holiday season, The Roof at Ponce City Market invites guests to cozy up in private, six-person igloos located alongside the ice-skating rink dubbed Skate the Sky and at 9 Mile Station. Skate the Sky’s rink-side igloos will be available for all ages and 21+ parties based on time and day. Premium igloos will open on weekdays starting at 3pm for all ages and come with a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine or a round of hot chocolate. Skate the Sky igloos include general admission to The Roof, skate rentals, 50 minutes of skate time and unlimited games and rides at Skyline Park (weather permitting). The Roof is for all ages, all the time as are Igloos.

The Winter Chalet is back at InterContinental Buckhead Atlanta now through January 31! New Year’s Eve Tasting Menu at Lazy Betty Lazy Betty will bid farewell to 2024 and welcome the New Year with a 10-course tasting menu created specially for New Year’s Eve. Featuring eight savory courses, two dessert courses and a bubbles toast at Midnight, the menu will be $395 per person.  This holiday season, Ponce City Market will celebrate the most wonderful time of year with merry happenings for everyone, including:

SKATE THE SKY:

Opening Fri., Nov. 29 – Back for an eighth year, The Roof at Ponce City Market invites guests to “Skate the Sky.” Ten stories above Ponce de Leon Avenue, the rooftop terrace will feature a 3,500-square-foot ice skating rink open seven days a week. All-access tickets will be $30 for adults and $22 for children, and include 50-minutes of ice skating, skate rentals, unlimited gameplay (weather permitting), and admission to The Roof. Reservations are now available here, and guests will also be able to enter the ice rink as a walk-in from Skyline Park or 9 Mile Station. Skaters must be at least five years of age to skate, and individuals under 12 must be accompanied by an adult skater on the ice. Hours for the rink will be the same as The Roof’s regular operating hours, available here

IGLOOS ON THE ROOF:

Open Fri., Nov. 29–Sun., Jan. 5 – This holiday season, The Roof at Ponce City Market invites guests to cozy up in private, festively decorated igloos located alongside its ice-skating rink dubbed Skate the Sky and at 9 Mile Station. Skate the Sky’s rink-side igloos accommodate up to six guests and are available to book here. Reservations include general admission to The Roof, a dedicated server, a shareable assortment of food, skate rentals with 50 minutes of skate time, and unlimited games and rides at Skyline Park (weather permitting). Additional beverage options are available for purchase, and all igloo guests visiting Monday through Friday at 3pm will receive a complimentary bottle of bubbly or round of hot chocolate for their group.

MISFIT DIY WRAPPING CO:

Misfit DIY Wrapping Co. (Saturdays & Sundays Nov. 30 through Dec. 22 plus Dec. 23 & 24, Noon-7pm) – Come one, come all and stop by Misfit DIY Wrapping Co. to jazz up gifts for giving! Guests will be able to wrap gifts purchased at PCM with a misfit assortment of paper, ribbon, and doo-dads at Ponce City Market’s do-it-yourself wrapping and decorating factory on the second floor of the Central Food Hall. Suggested donations will benefit RoleCall Theater, a non-profit, independent theater based in Atlanta that produces and exhibits plays, films, and live comedy acts at its host theater Limelight Theater. Plus, throughout the holiday season, Misfit Wrapping Co. will play host to Misfit Maker Workshops. Details for the workshops will be announced soon.

HOLIDAY TREE MARKET:

Trees for Tuition Holiday Tree Market (Open Daily beginning Fri., Nov. 29) – Trees for Tuition will host a tree market at Scout Living – the new hospitality living concept at Ponce City Market – complete with Fraser Fir trees, garland, wreaths, and tree stands for purchase throughout the season. Trees will range in size from three feet to 13 feet, and customers can take home their trees themselves or opt to pick out a tree and have it delivered and picked up after the season. Founded by Calder Johnson and Jack Faught while sophomores at Grady High School (now named Midtown High School) in 2015, Trees for Tuition contributes 100% of profits to the organization’s scholarship fund for Atlanta high school and college students. The Ponce City Market tree market will be open noon-8pm Monday through Thursday and 9am-8pm Friday through Sunday.

FESTIVE EVENTS & POP-UPS:

Holiday Social Bar on The Roof (Open through Sun., Jan 5) – The Roof at Ponce City Market invites guests to celebrate the holiday season at their Holiday Social Bar, opening November 15. The Village Retail’s Holiday Makers Markets (Saturdays Nov. 23 through Dec. 21, Noon-6pm) – This holiday season, The Village Retail will host a Holiday Makers Market at The Shed at Ponce City Market every Saturday from November 23 through November 21. Attendees will be able to shop hand-poured candles, unique clothing, custom jewelry, fragrances, leather and vegan goods and more. Makers interested in being a vendor can visit their website here.

Photos with Santa in the Central Food Hall (Saturdays Throughout the Holiday Season) – Every Saturday November 30 through December 21 from noon-4pm, Ponce City Market guests will be able to meet the jolly man in the red suit on the second floor of the Central Food Hall next to The Village Retail. Merry goers are invited to bring their own cameras to snap a photo with Santa. Plus, guests who head up to The Roof between 2pm and 4pm each Saturday December 1 through December 22 can take photos with Santa. 

Up Top! Drag Bingo Presented by YEAHBUZZY (Sun., Dec. 8, 2-4pm) – Join YEAHBUZZY for holiday-themed drag bingo inside Citizen Supply at Ponce City Market. Hosted by Taylor Alxndr, the event welcomes participants of all-ages to compete for prizes provided by local businesses inside Citizen Supply. Admission is $5 per person and available here

Hot Chocolate Competition (Sat., Dec. 14, noon-4pm) – Ponce City Market is hosting a friendly Hot Chocolate Competition among select restaurants in its iconic Central Food Hall, and the public is invited to participate and vote! Check-in for the event will be next to Collier Candy in the Central Food Hall, and participants will get a hot chocolate passport, then set out to try tastes of hot chocolate at restaurants, including French Broad Chocolate, St. Germain Bakery, H&F Burger, Hops Chicken, Spiller Park, Botiwalla, Minero, The Upper Room in Citizen Supply, and more, and vote on their favorite. The event is $10 per person, and no advance purchase is necessary. Proceeds from the event will go to the Hot Chocolate Competition winner’s charity of choice.

PCM Holiday Neighborhood Kickback (Thurs., Dec. 19, 5-8pm) – Ponce City Market’s ‘Ponce Goes Inside Out’ neighborhood kickback event series is getting festive for the holidays on Thursday, December 19 and invites the community to come together and unwind over drinks provided by King of Pops and music from holiday carolers and a jazz band playing holiday tunes. The drop-in event is free and open to the public, and will take place in The Courtyard at Ponce City Market from 5-8pm.

Festival of Lights Menorah Lighting Ceremony (Thurs., Dec. 26, 6pm) – Join Ponce City Market and Chabad Intown for a traditional menorah lighting ceremony to celebrate the Festival of Lights! This year’s celebration will take place on The Yard with music, live entertainment, and refreshments.

NEW YEAR’S EVE CELEBRATIONS ON THE ROOF:

Noon Year’s Eve Celebration (Tues., Dec. 31, 10am-5pm)  Ponce City Roof’s annual Noon Year’s Eve celebration is an all-ages, family-friendly celebration to ring in the New Year as guests countdown to noon. All-Access tickets, which are available for pre-purchase here or at The Roof’s ticket counter, include admission to the event and The Roof, plus all-access gameplay. 

New Year’s Eve Dinner at 9 Mile Station (Sat., Dec. 31, 4-10pm) – Say goodbye to 2024 with an unforgettable prix fixe dinner experience at 9 Mile Station. Reservations at the restaurant are available from 4-10pm, and igloos are available on NYE for booking private dinners for up to six guests. ‘TIS THE SEASON TO FETE THE HOLIDAYS AT THE SHOPS BUCKHEAD ATLANTA

Featuring the Buckhead Bake Off to Kick Off the Season, Holiday Block Parties with Spontaneous Performances, Festive Window Displays & More

This holiday season, the streets at The Shops Buckhead Atlanta will transform into a festive holiday destination, complete with merry window displays, holiday block parties, a gift-wrapping station and the Buckhead Bake Off to kick off this joyous time of year. Dazzling art deco decor and holiday lights will thread throughout the shopping and dining destination’s winding streetscape, welcoming kids and adults alike to join in the celebration all season long.

From noon to 4pm on Saturday, November 30, merriment will be all around at the Buckhead Bake Off, launching the holiday season at The Shops. Free and open to the public, the celebration will include spontaneous performances and a friendly baking competition featuring delicious treats from some of Atlanta’s finest bakeries and restaurants. Judged by attendees, the Bake Off will culminate with St. Nick crowning the winner. Plus, there will be lawn games for the whole family to enjoy.

On December 7 and 14, The Shops Buckhead Atlanta will throw holiday block parties from noon to 4pm where guests will be invited to decorate a holiday cactus to take home, enjoy live entertainment and bring their furry friends to snap a festive pet portrait.

  • Buckhead Bake Off (Saturday, Nov. 30, Noon – 4pm) – Merriment will be all around at the Buckhead Bake Off, launching the holiday season at The Shops. Free and open to the public, the celebration in the streets will include spontaneous performances and a friendly baking competition featuring delicious treats from Atlanta bakeries and restaurants including Georgetown Cupcake, The Southern Gentleman, Root Baking Co., Spiller Park Coffee and King + Duke, among others. Guests will each receive seven complimentary tastings and a Best in Show coin to vote for their favorite treat. Judged by attendees and special guests, the Bake Off will culminate with St. Nick crowning the winner for Best Sweet, Best Savory, Best Classic and Best in Show. Plus, there will be a decorate-your-own holiday succulent station, a cupcake decorating tutorial by Young Chef’s Academy and lawn games for the whole family to enjoy. Commemorative Buckhead Bake Off totes and additional tastings will be available with a donation to Giving Kitchen, the local nonprofit providing emergency assistance to food service workers through financial support and a network of community resources.

 

  • Holiday Block Parties (Saturday, Dec. 7 & 14, Noon – 4pm) – The Shops Buckhead Atlanta will throw two Holiday Block Parties throughout the destination’s streets, inviting guests to enjoy live performances, bring their furry friends and cameras to snap a festive pet portrait and check off a holiday chore at a gift-wrapping station located in the Center Plaza.

  • Bites, Sips & Fashion Illustrations at TOD’S (Saturday, Nov. 30, Noon – 4pm) – Guests can enjoy sips of prosecco, espresso and hot chocolate while browsing Italian shoes and leather goods. A fashion illustrator will be creating Tod’s personalized sketch art for shoppers purchasing gifts for others or themselves.

 

  • Small Business Saturday at Bella Cucina (Saturday, Nov. 30, 11am – 7pm) – Join Bella Cucina for Shop Small Saturday! The premiere artisan specialty food brand and shop offering all-natural, artful foods and gifts will have refreshments and a photo booth to celebrate a special pop-up open through December, featuring clothing, tabletop items and Heath Ceramics from Alabama Chanin. Peroni will be pouring beer and will give away a special glass to shoppers, while supplies last.

 

  • Home-Baked Treats & Gourmet Beverages at Abbey Glass (Saturday, Nov. 30, Noon – 4pm) – Shop Abbey Glass’s seasonal collection during the Buckhead Bake Off, and enjoy home-baked treats and gourmet beverages from Abbey’s favorite holiday recipes. Shoppers will receive free gift wrapping and a gift with purchases over $150.

 

  • The Southern Gentleman (Saturday, Nov. 30 and Saturday, Dec. 7 & 14, Noon – 4pm) – Cozy up at the New-American-meets-Southern restaurant and enjoy a complimentary hot chocolate bar during the Buckhead Bake Off. Guests can add a “spike” to the hot chocolate for an additional cost. 

 

  • Holiday Market at Buckhead Art & Company (Saturday, Dec. 7, Noon – 7pm & Sunday, Dec. 8, Noon – 3pm) – Sponsored by Wyndy – a free app helping parents find, book and pay trusted college babysitters – the Holiday Market will feature works from Buckhead artist moms including Emma Bell, Lindsay Von, Parrish Hoag and Christine Sommerville. On Saturday, December 7, the gallery will host a Holiday Happy Hour from 4 – 7pm.
