Enjoy a month full of celebrating soccer, Father’s Day, Juneteenth and more

June is in bloom with an exciting month full of events at The Works. Join the Upper Westside mixed-use destination as it kicks off All The Soccer Things with Jersey Fridays, public watch parties and more. Plus, experience Father’s Day at Your 3rd Spot, Juneteenth at Chattahoochee Food Works, and live music all summer long.

Jersey Fridays at The Works

Every Friday in June and July

Rep your team all summer long! As part of The Works’ All The Soccer Things series, guests are encouraged to wear their soccer jerseys every Friday in June and July to score special discounts at participating tenants, including American Axes, Chattahoochee Food Works, Chicheria Mexican Kitchen, Dr. Scofflaw’s, Fox Bros. Summer Satur-daze Live Music Series

Every Saturday from 2 to 5 p.m.

All summer long, The Works will feature live music celebrating the rich culture of the World Cup, including musicians from High Latin, TC Costello, Garden Variety Band, Black Lion, and Orquestra MaCuba. Check out the full event series here

Movie & Match Night at Camp Street Green

Friday, June 12, from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m.

The Works is getting in the soccer spirit with two special screenings. Stop by the Camp Street Green at 4 p.m. for a screening of the family-friendly comedy “Kicking & Screaming,” followed by a watch party of the country’s first match, USA vs. Paraguay at 9 p.m. Learn more here.

All the Soccer Things Kickoff at Camp Street Green

Saturday, June 13, from 1 p.m. to 11 p.m.

The Works is kicking off All The Soccer Things with a high-energy drum performance by Brazuka Percussion from 1 to 2 p.m. Packed with intense spirit and phenomenal sound, this local drumline plays in the fan zone at every Atlanta United game. After the performance, grab a seat and be part of the kickoff as The Works hosts its first public soccer watch party of the summer, featuring: 3 p.m. – Qatar vs. Switzerland and Brazil vs. Morocco, and 9 p.m. – Haiti vs. Scotland. Salsa Dancing Class and Taco Dinner at Chicheria Mexican Kitchen

Thursday, June 18, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Join Chicheria Mexican Kitchen for an evening of tacos, margaritas and an all-level dancing experience under the summer sky. The night begins with patio dinner featuring a selection of mix-and-match tacos, chips and salsa and one classic margarita. Juneteenth Weekend Celebration at Chattahoochee Food Works

Friday, June 19 through Sunday, June 21 

Celebrate Juneteenth with Chattahoochee Food Works as they spotlight Black-owned businesses. On Saturday, the food hall will host the Juneteenth Indie Market from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and a live DJ from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Learn more via The Works’ website here.

Father’s Day at Your 3rd Spot

Sunday, June 21, from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.

This Father’s Day, skip the expected and give Dad a full-day experience built around him. Wednesday, June 24, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Show team pride in full color at this spirited face painting event! Guests are encouraged to stop by and get decked out in their team’s colors before catching a match on screen at one of the participating locations. Learn more via the event page

Live Jazz Fridays at Taste Wine Bar

Fridays from 7 to 10 p.m.

Unlimited Gourmet Taco Tasting Experience at Chicheria

Every Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Chichería Mexican Kitchen now offers an Unlimited Gourmet Taco Tasting Experience each week. Available every Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., the experience features a rotating selection of chef-crafted tacos served continuously at the table. Guests can enjoy a variety of flavors, including Baja Fish, Coconut Shrimp, Carne Asada and more, all prepared on handmade blue corn tortillas pressed fresh daily.
