Atlanta Baseball Home Opener, NFC Fight Night, Fiesta de Mayo Live!, Live! Goes ‘90s & More

 Live! at The Battery – the entertainment destination located in the heart of The Battery Atlanta – announces its events lineup for April, May and June 2024.

  • Basketball Madness Game Watch (through Mon., April 8) – It’s time for fans to bring the jerseys out of retirement and come down to Sports and Social Atlanta to watch all the games on the 32-ft big screen! Guests can join the frenzy and witness the best of Basketball Madness as the nation’s top teams compete for glory. From buzzer-beaters to upsets, every game is a thrilling adventure paired with drink specials, games and more. “Slam Dunk” drink specials include $24 Miller Lite & Coors Light Buckets, $10 Red Bull & Cranberry Vodka and $5 Vizzy Hard Seltzer & Happy Thursday. Plus, fans can join the Sports & Social Million Dollar Bracket Challenge Powered by Live! for a chance to score awesome prizes! Tables can be reserved by emailing events@liveatthebatteryatlanta.com.   • Atlanta Baseball Home Opener & Kegs and Eggs (Fri., April 5) – Brunch, brews and baseball await at Live! at the Battery next month! The entertainment destination is leveling up their Home Opener Watch Party. From 11am-1pm, fans can head to the Blue Moon Beer Garden for a Kegs & Eggs event including a mouthwatering brunch buffet, two drink tickets (draft beer or mimosas!), live music by local favorite Kyle Bradley and some friendly competition with patio games, giveaways and photo opps. Tickets are available here. The Braves Pre-Game Kick-Off will be from 3:30-7pm and include sampling with Molson Coors and Jim Beam, giveaways and a Kid Zone with balloon artist and face painter from 4-6pm. Fans can stick around after the game for post-game activities and a live DJ.
  • Fight Night Live! UFC 300, 301 & 302 (Sat., April 13, Sat., May 4 & Sat., June 1) – Live! at The Battery Atlanta is the ultimate viewing destination for UFC. Upcoming fights include UFC Women’s Strawweight title bout between Weili Zhang and Yan Xiaonan ($10 cover at the door), Paul Craig vs Caio Borralho (tickets here) and Joselyne Edwards vs. Ailin Perez II (tickets here). Doors open at 8pm and the fights start at 10pm. With 40+ televisions and a 32-foot LED screen, fans won’t miss a minute of the action! Tables can be reserved here.
  • Fiesta de Mayo Live! (Sat., May 4, 2-7pm) Live! at the Battery is hosting their annual Fiesta de Mayo party on Saturday, May 4. The celebration will feature live music from a Mariachi band and a DJ, refreshing margaritas, shopping from Hispanic- & Latin-owned local businesses vendors, colorful photo ops, plus a Live! fajita buffet add-on to keep the party going all day. Tickets are available here, and doors open at 2pm. This event is 21+.
  • Divas Drag Brunch (Sun., May 12, 11am-2pm) The queens are back to take the floor at Live! at the Battery! Guests can enjoy the show along with specialty cocktails and the option to add on a mouth-watering brunch buffet. This is a 21+ event, and tickets are available here. Doors open at 11am. 
  • Silent Saturday: Silent Disco Party (Sat., May, 25, 9pm-1am) – Guests can put on some headphones and dance and sing all night long at Live! at The Battery’s monthly silent disco parties. There will be drink specials, two favorite local DJs spinning different music genres and plenty of great late night vibes. Tickets are available here. This event is 21+.
  • Live! Goes ‘90s (Sat., June 8, 8pm until close) – Live! at the Battery is going back in time for their annual Live! Goes ‘90s party. Guests can dust off their track suits and relive the nostalgia of their favorite decade as they are transported back to a time of neon lights, mixtapes and iconic pop culture references. The night will include old school hits from a ‘90s-themed DJ, adult juice pouches, instagrammable moments, giveaways and games like Twister and Connect 4. General Tickets will be available here starting March 29 and include one drink ticket. This event is 21+.
  • NFC #162 Fight Night (Fri., June 21) Live! at the Battery will host another National Fighting Championship (NFC) event this June. The adrenaline-filled night will feature live professional and amateur MMA, Muay Thai and Kickboxing fights taking place in a ring in the middle of Sports & Social. Attendees will have the chance to be a part of the non-stop action during 12+ Fights in the NFC cage at one of the most exciting and new environments for watching live fights, plus, fan-favorite drinks and an official after party next door at PBR. The event will be 18+ with certain areas being 21+. Tickets will be available here soon.

Tickets for Cameron Mackintosh’s acclaimed production of Alain Boublil and Claude-Michel Schönberg’s Tony Award-winning musical phenomenon, LES MISÉRABLES, will go on sale Friday, Feb. 16 for its one-week engagement at the Fox Theatre, playing June 4 – 9 as part of the Regions Bank Broadway in Atlanta 2023/24 season. Prices start at $34 with a select number of premium tickets available. Nick Cartell portrays the fugitive ‘Jean Valjean’ with Preston Truman Boyd as ‘Inspector Javert.’ They are joined by Matt Crowle as ‘Thénardier,’ Victoria Huston-Elem as ‘Madame Thénardier,’ Haley Dortch as ‘Fantine,’ Devin Archer as ‘Enjolras,’ Mya Rena Hunter as ‘Éponine,’ Jake David Smith as ‘Marius’ and Delaney Guyer as ‘Cosette.’ Sky Vaux Fuller and Olivia Grace O’Sullivan alternate in the role of ‘Little Cosette/Young Éponine.’ Henry Kirk and Milo Maharlika alternate in the role of ‘Gavroche.’

Since Cameron Mackintosh first conceived this acclaimed new production of LES MISÉRABLES in 2009 to celebrate the show’s 25th anniversary, it has taken the world by storm continuing to enjoy record-breaking runs in countries including North America, Australia, Japan, France and Spain. It is currently on stage in London’s West End with a new tour of Japan in 2024. The most recent North American production toured from 2017 to March 2020, playing 94 engagements until the production was halted due to the global pandemic.


Cameron Mackintosh’s production of LES MISÉRABLES is written by Alain Boublil and Claude-Michel Schönberg and is based on the novel by Victor Hugo. It has music by Claude-Michel Schönberg, lyrics by Herbert Kretzmer and original French text by Alain Boublil and Jean-Marc Natel, additional material by James Fenton and adaptation by Trevor Nunn and John Caird. Orchestrations are by Stephen Metcalfe, Christopher Jahnke and Stephen Brooker with original orchestrations by John Cameron. The production is directed by James Powell and Laurence Connor, designed by Matt Kinley inspired by the paintings of Victor Hugo, with costumes by Andreane Neofitou, additional costume designs by Christine Rowland and Paul Wills, lighting by Paule Constable, sound by Mick Potter, projections realized by Finn Ross, Jonathon Lyle and Fifty Nine Productions, musical staging by Geoffrey Garratt, music supervision by Stephen Brooker and James Moore, and casting by Tara Rubin Casting.


The LES MISÉRABLES tour stage management team is led by Ryan W. Gardner with Claire Farrokh and Hollis Duggans-Queenss. The LES MISÉRABLES associate director is Corey Agnew, musical staging associate is Jesse Robb, resident director is Brendan Stackhouse and music direction is by Will Curry. The company management team is Chris Danner and Elle Aghabala.

Taproom Concert Series June Edition 2019

About: The Taproom Concert Series is a craft brewery pop-up held in partnership with Heritage Sandy Springs’ Outdoor Concert Series – “Concerts by the Springs”. We’re teaming up with a different craft brewery each month to bring their taproom tasting experience TO the concert. June’s craft brewery pop-up is CANarchy Craft Brewery Collective and the band is Saved By The Band. Tickets include early admission at 4 pm, (12) 3oz craft beer samples, tasting glass, pre-concert DJ, and food available for purchase. Tickets range from $10-$15.
