Monday, Sept. 26, Atlanta Room – Leilani Kilgore / Knox Williams / Shedonist

Genre: rock / blues

A Nashville transplant hailing from the West Coast, Leilani Kilgore serves aggressive hard-hitting rock with a touch of meaningful blues and fearlessly honest emotional expression. Her versatile writing has earned her headlining slots in legendary clubs such as the High Watt and Ground Zero and placed her as the opener for renowned musical acts like Buddy Guy, and The Dead Daisies (feat. Glenn Hughes and Doug Aldrich).

Thursday, Sept. 29 – Saturday, Oct 1 – Music Room and Atlanta Room – Laughing Skull Comedy Festival

Genre: Comedy

Smith’s Olde Bar is proud to be one of the host venues for the 12th Annual Laughing Skull Comedy Festival. The last one was in 2019, so we are very excited to be back in action. The LSCF had over 1,000 comedians submit, and we took the Top 50 of those comedians. You will see 10-12 comedians on each show doing their best short set. Past LSCF comedians have gone on to win Emmys, TV shows, movies, major podcasts and more. So, get your ticket now so you can see some amazing comedy and eventually be able to tell your friends, “I saw them before they were big.”

8 PM and 10 PM showings Thursday – Saturday in both rooms, each show requires a ticket

Friday, Sept. 30 – Music Room – Late Night DJ Set

SOB Resident DJs take over the Music Room for a Late Night dance party.

Saturday, Oct. 1 – Music Room – Forrest Isn’t Dead / The Head / The Future Babes

Genre: alt pop / alt / Americana

Known for his introspective and candid lyrics, Atlanta-based Alt-Pop artist Forrest Isn’t Dead pours out the stories of his life experiences and hardships through his unique and thought-provoking music.

The Head: Brothers Mike Shaw (bass, vocals) and Jack Shaw (drums), and Jacob Morrell (guitars) have been jamming together since high school, writing and performing original songs inspired by the bands they love: trippy Brits like Stone Roses, Spiritualized, Ride, The Verve and Echo and the Bunnymen, and moody Americans like The National, and early R.E.M.

Sunday, Oct. 2 – Atlanta Room – John Hart + Hunter Cox / Zach Butler

Genre: indie rock / alt-country

Originally from Jackson, Mississippi, Nashville-based artist John Hart blends singer-songwriter depth and honesty with indie rock/alt-country edge and soul. Drawing heavily on personal experience and cultural observation, John Hart delivers well-crafted, thought-provoking lyrics and evocative melodies. John has opened for acts such as St. Paul and the Broken Bones, Ben Rector, The Brook and the Bluff, and The Dirty Guv’nahs.
