SPRING IN BLOOM POP-UP AT ST. JULEP ROOFTOP

From Wednesday, April 1 through Tuesday, June 30, St. Julep, the indoor-outdoor rooftop lounge at Buckhead’s Kimpton Sylvan hotel, will transform into Spring in Bloom, an immersive pop-up celebrating the beauty, color and energy of the season. 

With views nine stories above East Paces Ferry Road, guests will be able to step into a garden oasis complete with floral installations, décor and fresh seasonal flavors – a setting for golden hour, date night, group gatherings and more. The pop-up will also feature dedicated photo moments for getting into the spring spirit. 

A menu of seasonal craft cocktails will be available, featuring refreshing, floral-inspired flavors and thoughtful presentation, including:

  • Pink Thaw with Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Giffard Crème de Fraise des Bois, Giffard Crème de Framboise & lime
  • Garden Blitz with Hendrick’s Gin, Giffard Crème de Pêche de Vigne, passionfruit & lemon
  • A Smoke in the Garden with Rosaluna Mezcal, Whispering Angel Rosé, lime & simple syrup
  • Lavender Margarita with Lalo Blanco Tequila, Cointreau, lime & lavender syrup
  • Midnight Rain with Siete Leguas Blanco Tequila, Sour AF Lime, Regan’s Orange Bitters, Club Soda & Blue Spirulina
  • Rooftop Ranch Water with Ocho Blanco Tequila, lime, El Guapo Fuego Bitters & Fever Tree Sparkling Cucumber
  • Thistle & Tropic with Bacardi Ocho Rum, Giffard Caribbean Pineapple & Amaro Nonino
  • Greenhouse Fire with Espolon Blanco, Ancho Reyes Verde, agave, lime & El Guapo Fuego Bitters 

Alongside the limited edition drinks and full menu, the bar will offer a few special bites for grazing, including:

  • Spanish Chicken Croquettes with garlic aioli
  • Tuna Empanada with salsa verde
  • Vegetable Spring Rolls with sweet Thai chili sauce

A Vintage Coastal Fantasy Inspired by the Late Professor Giovanni Ferro’s Love for the Sea

This spring and summer, Amore e Amore invites Atlanta to dive into a whimsical world beneath the waves. Beginning Thursday, March 5, 2026, the beloved Inman Park ristorante will unveil its latest immersive transformation, Under the Sea, a vintage-inspired, delightfully kitschy coastal escape filled with nostalgic charm, playful surprises, and the theatrical spirit that has defined the restaurant for 25 years.

Inspired by the late Professor Giovanni Ferro’s love for the sea, the dining room will be transformed into a retro underwater dreamscape layered with shimmering blue lanterns, floating jellyfish, cheeky sharks, and nostalgic seaside touches that feel like a throwback to classic beach boardwalks and old-school ocean adventures. Turquoise, Giovanni’s favorite color, sets the tone throughout the space, washing the room in playful shades of blue that evoke sunlit water and carefree summer days.

As Amore e Amore continues celebrating its 25th anniversary, the theme feels especially fitting. For a quarter century, the restaurant has built its reputation on transporting guests somewhere unexpected, turning dinner into an experience and transforming the dining room into an ever-evolving stage for imagination and celebration. Under the Sea carries that tradition forward while honoring the spirit of the man who inspired so much of it.

“This theme feels incredibly special,” says co-founder “Mama Gale” Parker. “Giovanni always loved the sea. There was something about it that made him feel joyful and free, and that sense of wonder is something we’ve always tried to bring into the restaurant. For 25 years, our goal has been to create a place where people can escape, celebrate, and make memories together. Under the Sea is a tribute to that same spirit and the man behind that inspiration.”

Alongside the immersive décor, guests can expect Amore e Amore’s signature Italian cuisine paired with playful themed cocktails, creative zero-proof libations, and plenty of surprises woven throughout the dining experience. Italian Resort Pop-Up Experience Debuting This Spring at The Blind Pig Parlour Bar

This spring, The Blind Pig Parlour Bar will make a transatlantic transformation into La Bella Pig, sweeping guests away from the heart of Buckhead to the coast of southern Italy. This pop-up experience is inspired by the breathtaking vistas of Capri with the vibrant contrast of blue and white décor, verdant lemon trees, and a cocktail menu featuring Italian classics like the zesty limoncello and a bubbly aperol spritz.

Savory and sweet menu items include:

  • Mussels Capri with garlic, lemon, white wine butter, and herbs
  • Great Capri Charcuterie with fresh mozzarella, smoked provolone, tomatoes, salama, prosciutto, tomato jam, and olives
  • Lemon-Scented Chicken Meatballs tossed in a light piccata sauce
  • Lemon Sorbet
  • Cannoli with sweetened ricotta, chocolate chips, or pistachios

La Bella Pig is an occasion to bust out your chicest resort wear and pretend to be on vacation, if only for a few hours. La Bella Pig can be reserved for parties and special events.

La Bella Pig, located at 128 East Andrews Dr., NE in Atlanta, is open at 5 p.m. Wednesdays-Sundays beginning Friday, March 15. Reservations are strongly recommended through OpenTable.
