Featuring a 5-Course Dinner with Beer and Spirits Pairings

Atlanta, Georgia (April 22, 2016) – On Wednesday, April 27, 2016, Tavernpointe is teaming up with Ballast Point Brewing Company to host an evening featuring a delectable five-course dining experience paired with Ballast Point Summer IPAs and Ballast Point Spirits. With specialty cocktails made by celebrated Bar Director Madison Burch coupled with the creations of Chef John McGarry, attendees are invited to enjoy a jet-set culinary journey that will include fresh, seasonal plates, beer and spirit pairings, and a behind-the-scenes look at the process.
Upon arrival, guests will be welcomed with a cocktail featuring Ballast Point Spirits and passed bites. Three courses prepared by Chef John McGarry paired with Ballast Point’s signature summer IPAs: Grapefruit Sculpin IPA, Even Keel Session IPA, and Dorado Double IPA, will immediately follow. The experience will commence with a dessert and an accompanying cocktail. Beer and spirit enthusiasts can also mix and mingle with craft beer experts from United Distributors Ballast Point. Available for purchase in both singles and pairs, guests can enjoy tasteful plates, while sipping on Ballast Point’s finest summer brews for $50 for one or $85 for two.
