Atlanta, Georgia (August 20, 2015) – Head to The Cockentrice on Saturday, September 5, 2015 from 3 to 5 p.m. for an afternoon of Cheese, Bourbon and Jazz.  Hosted by Certified Cheese Professionals and self-proclaimed jazz lovers Hannah Thompson and Tim Gaddis, the two-hour, jazz-infused class will feature a welcome cocktail and 12 cheese and bourbon pairings. Attendees will also leave with a CD of the jazz music featured throughout the class, a pairing guide, and a greater understanding of how food and music influence each other.
