Hot & Iced Coffee from East Pole, Passionfruit Margaritas & Sriracha Bloody Mary’s

On Tuesday, July 4th, Yumbii’s taco shop on Peachtree Road is opening early and lifting its front, sidewalk-facing façade for “WILL RUN FOR TACOS: A July 4th Patio Pop-Up.” The restaurant will be serving a special menu of breakfast tacos and East Pole coffee to-go (or dine-in). Yumbii’s recently opened brick-and-mortar space is located between miles 3 and 4 of Atlanta’s annual Peachtree Road Race. Race spectators, just-finished participants, and general July 4th revelers are invited to visit Yumbii’s patio from 7 am to 11 am for dine-in or to go sips and bites, and from 11 am until 4 pm, Yumbii will serve its regular menu, available here.

For this special pop-up, menu options will include Mexican-style breakfast tacos with scrambled eggs, ribeye beef (or tofu), jack cheese, pico de gallo, cilantro + spicy salsa verde OR Korean-style breakfast tacos with scrambled eggs, ribeye beef (or tofu), Sriracha cheese, Yumbii red sauce, red onion + cilantro.

Pair breakfast tacos with a hot or iced cold coffee from Atlanta’s own East Pole, or head inside the taco shop for fresh-squeezed passionfruit margaritas or housemade Sriracha Bloody Mary’s.

About East Pole

East Pole Coffee Co. has been providing Atlanta restaurants and cafés with top-notch, locally-roasted coffee since 2015. With a focus on quality and single-origin, in-season coffee selections, the roastery bootstrapped its way out of a Grant Park garage and into partnerships with some of the busiest coffee shops in Atlanta, like 8 Arm and Taproom. East Pole will be opening its brick and mortar coffee bar + roastery in late summer as part of the Armour Yards development in Midtown, at 255 Ottley Dr., two doors down from SweetWater Brewery.
