Atlanta, Georgia – Condesa Coffee is excited to host a new photography exhibition, Unsung Atlanta, featuring the works of the multi-talented photographer and singer-songwriter, Aaron Childree. Native to Atlanta, Aaron is inspired by the city and seeks to use his art and music as a channel bringing attention to the positive and beautiful.  Now on exhibit at both Condesa locations, Old Fourth Ward and Downtown Atlanta, Childree’s newest series of photographs was created to reveal the beauty hidden within the city of Atlanta and to instill a sense of community and pride in the people who call this great city home. To honor Aaron’s work, Condesa is also hosting a free celebration at its Old Fourth Ward location on Thursday, February 16, 2017 beginning at 7 p.m.  An intimate setting, coffee, and art lovers can enjoy the exhibit while sipping on coffee, tea, signature cocktails, hand-selected wines and local craft beers. Atlanta, Georgia – For the past 13 years, thousands of music and food loving festivalgoers gather annually at Park Tavern in Piedmont Park to celebrate the Oyster Crawfish Festival. For the 14th installment on Saturday, March 4, 2017, Park Tavern will once again serve up approximately ten thousand pounds of fresh Louisiana crawfish that are brought in the night before – making it Atlanta’s biggest crawfish festival. Conveniently located on the Atlanta BeltLine, Park Tavern will also serve fresh, regional fried, raw, and steamed oysters, shrimp and chicken baskets, Samuel Adams brews, Angry Orchard Hard Cider, cocktails and more.

 

Electrifying audiences everywhere with their own provocative blend of pop, funk and soul, live music will begin at 3 p.m. with Atlanta’s own Gurufish.  Then, Atlanta Brass Connection, an authentic New Orleans style “second line” band bringing the funky street jazz sound to old school classics, traditional jazz and originals, will get the crowd going before the one-only Cowboy Mouth takes the stage. The hard-hitting band out of New Orleans will once again fill the headliner spot for the annual spring festival, serving up fans their unique style of ‘rock and roll gumbo’ and an unparalleled high energy performance that promises to be unforgettable.
The festival begins at 2 p.m. Ages 21 and under are allowed to attend the event when accompanied by a parent. Children 12 and under will not be charged admission. 2017 Atlanta Limo Bus Crawl

Time: 8 pm

About: Between 8 pm and 2 am, on Saturday, February 11th, party like the rock star while you’re onboard our limo bus with LED lighting, limo style sofas, dance floor, a 2000w sound system, and complimentary beverages. The limo bus crawl will provide continuous transportation, on multiple shared limo buses every 25 minutes, between 3 select establishments in Buckhead. You can visit multiple venues in one night and let us take care of the transportation!  Bar line up will include Big Sky Buckhead, Fado Irish Pub, and Gold Room Atlanta. Plus, each venue will offer entry with no cover along with food and drink specials to our guests. A sampling of the specials includes $2 tacos at Big Sky and $7 featured cocktail at Fado to name a few. Beyond the transportation, the party doesn’t have to stop while you travel from bar to bar because you can enjoy complimentary beer and wine while onboard our limo buses! Plus, there will be security staff on each limo bus to ensure no one gets left behind, as well safe travels for our guests. A limited number of spaces are available for this event. About: Music lovers can kick off Valentine’s Day weekend with Yacht Rock Schooner and an evening of silly love songs at Park Tavern in The Piedmont Room on Friday, February 10, 2017.  Performing a selection of their favorite love songs from the 70s and 80s, lovebirds and singletons alike are invited to enjoy a fun-filled night featuring cocktails and great tunes overlooking the Midtown skyline and Piedmont Park. Of course, The Rink and Park Tavern will also be open for skating, dinner, cold brews, libations and more prior to the concert. Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door for ages 21 and up only.
