ATLANTA DAIRIES TO HOST WALK-UP COVID-19 VACCINATION CLINIC

Atlanta Dairies today announces, in partnership with CORE (Community Organized Relief Effort) and Three Taverns Brewery, it will host three days of walk-up mobile vaccination clinics which will be open to the public, ages 12+. The walk-up clinics will be held on three Saturdays over the coming months, beginning this Saturday, May 29, and aim to increase vaccine availability to communities impacted by the global pandemic. Noon to 6:30 p.m.

777 Memorial Drive SE, Atlanta, Ga. 30312
The walk-up vaccination clinic will be housed in the vacant space next to Three Taverns Imaginarium, near the stairwell.

VACCINE:
CORE is currently administering the 2-dose Pfizer vaccines in partnership with Fulton County, Fulton County Board of Health, and Curogram within Fulton County. The vaccine is available for everyone ages 12+. First and second doses will be available through CORE. Patients must receive the same Pfizer vaccine for both doses, and before leaving first dose appointments will schedule second dose appointments. The second dose must be administered no sooner than three weeks after the first dose.

COST:
The vaccine is free. Identification and insurance information upon registration is encouraged.

REGISTRATION:
Pre-registration is required and can be completed ahead of time online or on-site. Plan to arrive at the vaccine site 15 minutes before appointments. Signed consent forms are required for anyone wishing to receive a vaccine, regardless of age. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a guardian to co-sign a consent form.

GIVEAWAY:
Three Taverns Imaginarium will offer a free beer for every person who gets a shot who is 21+ years of age. Vaccination sticker will be required.
