Eventide Brewing Turns 4

You’re invited to celebrate 4 years with Eventide this Saturday afternoon and evening. They will have their core styles and a 2018 Anniversary Ale that’s an Oaked Golden Rye Ale. And They’ll switch out seasonals and limited releases every hour and may have a few more beers their sleeve through out the afternoon. On tap is Kattegat at 2 pm, Highlander at 3 pm, 2017 Anniversary Ale at 4, then Double Oak Aged Highlander at 5 pm. Beyond that, food will be available from Ok Yaki, and Music from Goldberg and We Were Here. It is free to attend.

Roast of Rick and Morty 2018

Oh, jeez! It’s the roast or Rick and Morty on Friday, January 5th! The duo has survived three seasons of adventures and even brought down the galactic federation, but now they must face their biggest obstacle to date: getting roasted by local comics as they portray your favorite characters from the show. Ooh, wee this is gonna be great! Spoiler alert: this show is “technically” all ages but will be very much adult themed. The doors open at 8 pm and the show start at 9. Tickets are $7 in advance and $10 at the door.

FIFTH ANNUAL CALLANWOLDE ARTS FESTIVAL

Join the Atlanta Foundation for Public Spaces (AFFPS) on Saturday, January 20 and Sunday, January 21, 2018, as they celebrate the fifth annual Callanwolde Arts Festival. The award-winning, two-day indoor festival is located in one of Atlanta’s most distinctive historic properties, the 27,000-square foot Callanwolde Mansion in Druid Hills, and features approximately 86 painters, photographers, sculptors, metalwork, glass artists, jewelers and more. The festival, which is open to all ages, will also offer artist demonstrations, live acoustic music, food trucks with healthy alternatives, and live music and dance performances. Admission is $5 at the door.

8TH ANNUAL ATLANTA WINTER BEER FEST

The 8th annual Atlanta Winter Beer Fest will be held on Saturday, January 27th from 1-5pm in the event space behind Atlantic Station. We will have over 150 beers as well as a selection of wine and cider to choose from. There will be live music, plenty of fun and games, and food will be available for purchase. The first 500 tickets are $30. After that, tickets are $40 in advance, $45 after January 18th, and $55 the day of the event.

Bacon Day at Southern Sky Brewing

Join Southern Sky Brewing on National Bacon Day during regular hours, as they will be celebrating in true Baconic style! Bacon festivities include fresh, grilled bacon, a special beer brewed for the event, winter seasonal beer list, games, and don’t forget bacon cake. Bacon CAKE? This event is free to attend, but be prepared for the sweet, sweet smell of frying bacon to fill the air!
