The Green Hat Classic Golf Tournament is teeing up for its highly anticipated fore(th) year of gameplay benefitting The Kyle Pease Foundation on Monday, April 14, 2025. Championing a worthy cause, The Georgia Hemp Company is inviting Atlantans to come together for a beautiful day on the greens filled with friendly competition and high-quality good times. As a leader in cannabis education and advocacy, The Georgia Hemp Company continues to bring its mission to life by engaging with the community in meaningful ways. Through this annual event blending sports, education, and philanthropy, The Georgia Hemp Company invites golfers to take a swing for a great cause at the Berkeley Hills Country Club in Duluth, Georgia.
“We’re thrilled to bring the Green Hat Classic back for its fourth year, uniting our community for a day of great golf and even greater purpose,” said Joe Salome, Co-Founder of The Georgia Hemp Company. “Supporting The Kyle Pease Foundation means championing inclusivity in sports and beyond—something The Georgia Hemp Company is proud to stand behind and continue building on year after year.”
Presented in partnership with The Georgia Hemp Company and its sporting brand, Sympleaf Sport CBD, all proceeds from the tournament will benefit their longtime partner and co-presenter, The Kyle Pease Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with disabilities through sports. After a dynamic third year raising over $50,000 to help fund programming and support athletes as KFP traveled and competed in races around the globe in 2024- including the IRONMAN World Championship in Kona, Hawaii, The Georgia Hemp Company has its eyes set on making an even more significant impact for year four.
“We are incredibly grateful for the continued support from The Georgia Hemp Company and all our sponsors who make this event possible,” said Brent Pease, Executive Director of The Kyle Pease Foundation. “The Green Hat Classic is more than just a day of golf—it’s a statement about the power of inclusion and the collective impact we can have when we come together.”
Golfers can expect an unforgettable day on the greens, complete with exciting giveaways, on-course contests, a silent auction, and more surprises yet to be revealed. Both players and spectators alike can stock up on their favorite Georgia Hemp Company and Sympleaf Sport CBD products, shop tournament merchandise, snap a picture with the brand’s beloved mascot, Hempy, and celebrate a day of giving back with fellow business and sports leaders. The tournament will conclude with awards recognizing top golfers, dedicated sponsors, and standout supporters.
Individual and foursome registration is now open and includes access to tournament play (green and cart fees), complimentary lunch, and player gifts.
