ATLANTA’S ESTEEMED ATLAS RESTAURANT OFFERS EXCLUSIVE DINING EVENTS THIS NOVEMBER

The Award-Winning Restaurant Welcomes Michelin Star Guest Chef Nicolai Tram
to Collaborate With Executive Chef Freddy Money Throughout the Month

 
Known for its elevated dining experiences, Atlas, located at the St. Regis in Atlanta, continues to lead the way in Atlanta’s culinary scene. This November, it plans to continue its Four Hands Collaborative Dinner Series, along with introducing a brand new dining series, Atlas Away. Both events will feature Atlas’s Executive Chef Freddy Money and Michelin Star Guest Chef Nicolai Tram from Knystaforsen in Sweden.
 
“I am thrilled for the opportunity to work alongside Chef Tram,” said Chef Money. “Working together, collaborating on food and shared experiences, will no doubt produce a dining experience unlike any other, and I’m excited for the opportunity to share that with guests.”
 
The Four Hands Dinner, hosted at Atlas, will be held Nov. 16-18, from 5-10 p.m. At $250/person, guests can expect three nights of unforgettable cuisine with a menu offering a taste of the forests of Sweden and each course highlighting the freshest ingredients from the natural surroundings. On Nov. 19, guests have the chance to attend the first official Atlas Away. A new venture, this exciting event is meant to recreate the Atlas experience in unexpected locations both near and far. The first Atlas Away will be held in the woods at Chattahoochee Hills, with well-known Atlantan Dominique Love, enjoying the wooded backdrop of CERES, a soon-to-launch culinary community. Cooked over an open fire, paying homage to the concept behind Chef Tram’s restaurant in Sweden, the dinner is $460/person (including tax + gratuity) and takes place from 3-7 p.m., featuring local ingredients and holistically sourced products to showcase the Nordic cuisine. Guests will be seated at outside tables surrounding the chefs, offering a dining experience like no other. The intown destination event lineup features Cirque du Soleil, Skate the Station and more 

Remember means colder weather and the arrival of the holiday season, and Atlantic Station has a flurry of events to keep you busy this month. The spectacular, jaw-dropping acrobatic tricks of Cirque du Soleil continue in November under the big top in the Pinnacle Lot. Community favorite holiday events, Skate the Station, Light the Station and Celebration at the Station are back again this year and even bigger than before. Make a difference this month by participating in the National Psoriasis Foundation Walk. Head over to Overtime Elite Arena to watch intensified basketball games amongst the nation’s top amateur players. Check out the In The Cxmmunity event and learn how to help local metro Atlanta students get access to the technology they need. Shop local every weekend at Maker’s Market featuring Atlanta’s most talented creators. National Psoriasis Foundation Walk

Saturday, Nov. 5 from 9 a.m. – noon

The superb fall weather makes for a perfect day to join the community at the National Psoriasis Foundation Walk to support critical research initiatives. Participating in the family-friendly event helps to raise vital research funds and awareness that has a direct impact on tomorrow’s treatment options. In The Cxmmunity – Metro Atlanta Student Activation

Saturday, Nov. 12 from 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.

Cxmmunity strives to create an Atlanta where every student has access to basic technology, school supplies and equitable opportunities to explore their passions within the STEAM fields. The Cxmmunity event provides the opportunity for partners of STEAM-focused companies and organizations to come together and bridge the diversity gap for underserved communities in metro Atlanta. This event is for parents, students, teachers, school faculty/staff, corporate partners and non-profits. Skate the Station

Friday, Nov. 18 through Jan. 16

Get into the holiday spirit at Atlanta’s largest ice-skating rink at Atlantic Station! Skate the Station returns on Nov. 18. Skate rentals are included with each ticket purchase and timed ticketing and other safety protocols will be enforced. Make it a night out on the town by enjoying a delicious meal at one of the many restaurants at Atlantic Station or check off your holiday shopping list at any of the retail shops before skating on the rink. Light the Station

Spend the day at Atlantic Station spreading holiday cheer at Atlantic Station’s annual event, Light the Station! To kick off the holiday season, watch the 50-foot Christmas tree twinkle as it lights up and enjoy live music, holiday crafts for the little ones, a book reading by Tiny Doors founder Karen Anderson Singer, special performances and more. At 7 p.m., get your groove on at the Holiday Disco Parade as it leads to the electrifying tree lighting on Atlantic Green! This event is free and open to the public. Cirque du Soleil: KURIOS – Cabinet of Curiosities

The wait is over as the amazing acrobats of Cirque du Soleil make their grand return to Atlantic Station! Maker’s Market

Maker’s Market continues in November featuring Atlanta’s most talented creators at the beloved artisan market. Each weekend, guests can shop from an array of local vendors with items for sale, such as art, home decor, jewelry, candles and more. There will be tasty treats, skilled artists and plenty of fun for everyone to experience. This month, Makers Market will be open for two Fridays, including Black Friday, for guests to get a head start on their holiday shopping. Opening its doors in late September, ENZO Steakhouse & Bar is ready to officially celebrate its arrival with a festive and philanthropic celebration. On Monday, November 7, 2022, from 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m., revelers are invited to ENZO’s Grand Opening Gala, an exciting evening that kicks off with a brief ribbon cutting ceremony with Fayetteville Mayor Edward Johnson and Dan T. Cathy, Chief Visionary of Trilith. Guests are then invited to walk the red carpet and enter an elegant and spirited atmosphere featuring live music from the UpScale Band, signature cocktails including the Palmariva, Donna Rosa, and Luna di Miele, and an array of Executive Chef Montobbio’s chef-driven cuisine. PONCE CITY MARKET TO HOST SUNDAY SUPPER SOUTH

Honoring the South’s Harvest from Local Farms, Menu will Feature Dishes from Chefs Across Georgia

After a three-year hiatus, Sunday Supper South, the annual charity dinner held to raise funds for the James Beard Foundation®, will return to Atlanta on Sunday, November 6 at Ponce City Market. Created to embrace the simple cooking philosophy and inspired by the harvest of the South, Sunday Supper South is hosted by Anne Quatrano, beloved Atlanta chef and owner of Bacchanalia, Star Provisions Market & Cafe, W.H. Stiles Fish Camp and Floataway Cafe. Tickets are now available here.

This year, the event will honor the region’s harvest with a vegetable-forward menu featuring dishes from a dozen-and-a-half Georgia chefs who will incorporate produce from local farms like White Oak Pastures, Riverview Farms, Woodland Gardens, Crystal Organic Farm, Sweet Grass Dairy and more. The chef lineup will be announced soon.

The evening will kick off at 5:30pm with a cocktail reception along the Atlanta BeltLine’s Eastside Trail at The Shed, with drinks from Atlanta’s top beverage industry vets and passed hors d’oeuvres. Following, guests will gather around festive communal tables in Ponce City Market’s third floor Trestle to enjoy a plated dinner highlighting Georgia’s creative talents and artisan producers. The night will end with a dessert station featuring treats from some of Atlanta’s most talented pastry chefs.

Proceeds from the event will benefit the James Beard Foundation®, which celebrates and supports the people behind America’s food culture, while pushing for new standards in the restaurant industry to create a future where all have the opportunity to thrive. Through the mantra of Good Food for Good®, the organization is committed to providing chefs and other leaders in the food community with the support, tools and resources they need to make our food culture more sustainable, equitable and delicious for everyone.

This is the sixth year that Sunday Supper South will take place at Ponce City Market. Cookbook Author Annette Joseph Joins Storico Fresco Chefs

for Four-Course Meal on Oct. 26 and 27                        

Storico Fresco and cookbook author, stylist, and entertaining expert Annette Joseph invite guests to an “At the Table of La Fortezza” dinner and book event on Oct. 26 and 27. Joseph’s newly released cookbook features recipes from Tuscany’s rugged Lunigiana region where she purchased and renovated a medieval fortress named La Fortezza and sought dishes from the best chefs, home cooks, and purveyors in the area.

The four-course dinner with wine pairings at Storico Fresco—Joseph’s favorite Italian restaurant in Atlanta—features recipes from the book that highlight the slow-food practices from the sustainable region. The cost is $150 per person, which includes the meal with wine pairings, a signed copy of “At the Table of La Fortezza,” tax, and service charge.
