Celebrate the Start of Summer with Exciting Events at Atlantic Station Including

With the arrival of June, the days start to stretch out longer and it becomes the perfect time to take part in Atlantic Stations summer activities. This month, some of the city’s best happenings will take place at Atlantic Station in addition to several kid-friendly programs, such as movies on Atlantic Green, making a visit to Atlantic Station the perfect summer activity.
 
This month will also feature the Midnight Market, an all-night happy hour for foodies who love to eat, drink and dance. The Market will include 30+ delicious food vendors, multiple bars, live music and free roller skating. Whether you are bringing a date, your friend group or riding solo make sure to bring your appetite!

Gather to Celebrate Cinco de Mayo, March for Babies & the Highly Anticipated Museum of Illusions Opening

Have no fear, May is here! With schools getting out and the weather heating up, we can’t wait to be outside all season long. This month, some of the city’s best happenings will take place at Atlantic Station, in addition to several kid-friendly programs, making Atlantic Station the place to be.

This month will also feature the grand opening of the Museum of Illusions on-site at Atlantic Station, offering visitors an interactive and immersive journey through the world of optical illusions and mystifying puzzles with over 80 exhibits to explore.

“We have all kinds of fun in store this May,” said Treina Lewis, Marketing Director of Atlantic Station. “We are elated to host several incredible festivities for guests in addition to our ongoing roster of lively programming. With numerous happenings on our property taking place outdoors, spring and summer bring a certain zest to the atmosphere at Atlantic Station and are among our most popular seasons.”

The Atlanta Fire Rescue Department will be stopping by with their BIG red fire truck to teach about the tools and suits that they use to keep the community safe. GEORGIA CRAFT BREWERS FESTIVAL 2023

Georgia Craft Brewers Festival
Atlantic Station Event Space – Atlanta, GA
Saturday, April 29, 2023, 1pm-5pm; VIP 12pm.

Featuring 60+ member breweries of the Georgia Brewers Guild and great collaboration beers. 250+ total beers, an expected 30+ special collaboration beers brewed exclusively for this festival. Live music, great food and more!

General Admission includes entry at 1pm, entertainment, souvenir acrylic glass, and all beer and other alcohol tastings.
$55 Advance; $60 after April 20; $70 at the gate (unless sold out).
First 500 tickets sold online are just $45.

VIP Tickets include early entry at 12pm, exclusive VIP only beers, souvenir acrylic cup, a glass pint glass (pick up on the way out), an event t-shirt, and VIP only area and restrooms.
$125 advance; $135 after April 20; not available day of.

The intown destination invites the community to experience a variety of outdoor events

Atlantic Station has a variety of events planned throughout February that are sure to warm your heart. Celebrate the Year of the Rabbit as Atlantic Station continues to honor the Lunar New Year with a spectacular display of Lunar New Year decor and traditions along with a magnificent fire breathing dragon. Treat your taste buds to one of the many flavorful food and beverage festivals happening throughout the month in the Pinnacle Lot, such as the Atlanta Oyster Festival, the Atlanta Winter Beer Festival and the Beer, Bourbon & BBQ Festival. Celebrate Black History Month with an outdoor movie series on Atlantic Green. The month may be short, but there’s plenty to do at Atlantic Station throughout February.

Lunar New Year

Now through Sunday, Feb. 5 from 5 p.m. – 9 p.m. daily

Visit Atlantic Green to celebrate the Year of the Rabbit and experience mesmerizing Lunar New Year decor. At the top of the hour nightly from 5 – 9 p.m., an impressive “fog” breathing 90-foot-long dragon with over 25,000 lights, known as the Chinese symbol of good fortune, will blow fog out in the plaza to surprise guests. Also happening at the top of the hour every night, over 450 beautifully decorated red lanterns will illuminate Atlantic Green for a glistening lantern show. Oh shucks! Atlanta’s favorite oyster festival returns to the Pinnacle Lot for oyster shucking and lots of entertainment. Guests can enjoy a selection of fresh oysters accompanied with beer, wine, mimosas and brunch punch; live music; and tunes spun by DJ Qtip. Tiny Doors ATL Studio Open

Stop in and meet Atlantic Station’s artist-in-residence, Karen Anderson Singer of Tiny Doors ATL, when she opens her studio for a behind-the-scenes peek into how her public art comes to life. See Tiny Doors in progress, shop exclusive merchandise, view the retired door gallery and learn how she has become one of Atlanta’s most popular and well known artists. Community favorites such as Skate the Station, Light the Station and Celebration at the Station return for a magical holiday experience. Plus, experience the unimaginable world of Cirque du Soleil, unbeatable holiday shopping, picturesque photo opportunities and more at the merry mixed-use destination.

Black Friday – Black Friday is still Friday, just even better! On Friday, Nov. 25, from noon – 7 p.m., the community is invited to join Atlantic Station with Black Friday festivities on Atlantic Green. Events include free gift wrapping available for gifts purchased from an Atlantic Station retailer; energetic tunes spun by DJ Chika Takai; a hot chocolate and s’mores station from Kilwins available for purchase; a holiday cocktail bar with beverages available for purchase; a Letters to Santa Station; and free photo opportunities with jolly old Saint Nicholas himself. Shop unbeatable deals at Atlantic Station’s retailers or at Maker’s Market, where guests can peruse an assortment of local vendors with items for sale, including art, home decor, jewelry, candles and more. Guests who spend $100 at any combined Atlantic Station retailer or restaurant can show their receipt to redeem a gift at Concierge. Take a break from shopping and stroll through the district searching for the best Instagrammable moments to mark your Black Friday shopping spree, such as festive reindeer, the Volkswagen Beetle and van, plus download the Celebration at The Station mobile app to experience the augmented reality with large shimmering gifts on Atlantic Green. Cirque du Soleil – The wait is over as the amazing acrobats of Cirque du Soleil have made their grand return to Atlantic Station! Bring the whole family to experience the fantastical, impossible, colossal, unimaginable world of Cirque du Soleil by stepping into the curio cabinet of an ambitious inventor who defies the laws of time, space and dimension in order to reinvent everything around him. Suddenly, the visible becomes invisible, perspectives are transformed and the world is literally turned upside down. Cirque du Soleil offers regular and group tickets, accessible seating and more. Skate the Station – Get into the holiday spirit at Atlanta’s largest outdoor ice skating rink! Skate the Station returns on Friday, Nov. 18 and all are invited to skate under the stars. Skate the Station tickets are on sale now and rentals are included in each purchase. Skaters can enjoy this holiday tradition now through Monday, Jan. 16. The skate shop will be decorated resembling a cozy ski lounge for guests to stay warm before hitting the ice rink and it will be located on 17th ½ St. next to the Safety & Security Office. Light the Station – On Saturday, Nov. 19, the community is invited to watch the lighting of the 50-foot Christmas tree on Atlantic Station’s central greenspace, Atlantic Green. The event includes live musical performances, Christmas crafts for the kids, a book reading by Tiny Doors founder Karen Anderson Singer and more! At 7 p.m., break out your best dance moves in the Holiday Disco Parade that will flow through Atlantic Station and will lead to the magical tree lighting in Atlantic Green. Celebration at the Station – Each night from Sunday, Nov. 20 through Tuesday, Jan. 2, gather around the spectacular Christmas tree at Atlantic Green to experience dazzling celebration with a light and snow show transforming the Station into a winter wonderland. Atlantic Stations Holiday Fashion Show- Unwrap the magic of ATL on Thursday, Dec. 8  from 6 – 9 p.m. at the Atlantic Station Holiday Fashion show benefiting The Alzheimer’s Association, featuring the best holiday looks by Atlantic Station retailers and exclusive brands. Make sure to grab a seat on the patio or balcony for dinner at one of the delicious restaurants on Atlantic Green to watch from West District Avenue. This private event will be held on the Atlantic Green. 

Christmas Eve Makers Market – Maker’s Market is open on Saturday, Dec. 24 for any last-minute holiday shopping from 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. featuring Atlanta’s most talented creators. Guests can shop from an array of local vendors with items for sale, including art, home decor, jewelry, candles and more. Wrap up your holiday shopping with a unique gift for someone special! Atlantic Station Menorah Lighting – Join Chabad Intown to celebrate Hanukkah with the traditional ceremony of the lighting of the Menorah on Tuesday, Dec. 20. From 6 – 7 p.m., family and friends can enjoy holiday-themed activities on Atlantic Green featuring traditional food and beverage offerings, live music, free giveaway items and more. Beginning Dec. 18 through Dec. 25, a candle will be lit each day to represent the eight nights of Hanukkah. To secure your spot, submit your RSVP here.

Remember means colder weather and the arrival of the holiday season, and Atlantic Station has a flurry of events to keep you busy this month. The spectacular, jaw-dropping acrobatic tricks of Cirque du Soleil continue in November under the big top in the Pinnacle Lot. Community favorite holiday events, Skate the Station, Light the Station and Celebration at the Station are back again this year and even bigger than before. Make a difference this month by participating in the National Psoriasis Foundation Walk. Head over to Overtime Elite Arena to watch intensified basketball games amongst the nation’s top amateur players. Check out the In The Cxmmunity event and learn how to help local metro Atlanta students get access to the technology they need. National Psoriasis Foundation Walk

The superb fall weather makes for a perfect day to join the community at the National Psoriasis Foundation Walk to support critical research initiatives. Participating in the family-friendly event helps to raise vital research funds and awareness that has a direct impact on tomorrow’s treatment options. In The Cxmmunity – Metro Atlanta Student Activation

The Cxmmunity event provides the opportunity for partners of STEAM-focused companies and organizations to come together and bridge the diversity gap for underserved communities in metro Atlanta. This event is for parents, students, teachers, school faculty/staff, corporate partners and non-profits. Skate the Station
