The Indie Craft Experience, Atlanta’s beloved destination for craft and vintage markets, is back and better than ever! Now under the new ownership and creative direction of Tiny Rhino Productions, led by Katrine Trantham, Indie Craft marks its 20th anniversary this year with a renewed spirit and fresh vision for the future. Even bigger plans are already underway for 2026, promising to make the next chapter its most inspiring yet!

Holiday Shopping Gets a Glow-Up

The Holiday Shopping Spectacular returns as Indie Craft’s largest annual event, a two-day curated market featuring 100 makers, crafters, artists, and vintage sellers from across the Southeast.

When you shop at our holiday market, you’re not just buying a gift—you’re investing in your community. Every purchase from an artisan helps sustain small businesses, supports creative livelihoods, and keeps money circulating within the local economy. It’s also the perfect place to find that one-of-a-kind treasure for the person who’s impossible to shop for—something thoughtful, personal, and made with heart. Choosing to shop local means celebrating craftsmanship, fostering connection, and giving gifts that truly matter.

A Milestone Year

“2025 marks our twentieth year of supporting and celebrating the most talented craft and vintage vendors around,” said Katrine Trantham, owner and creative director of Indie Craft Experience. “When I had the chance to lead Indie Craft into its next chapter, I leapt at it. I believe in the creative South and know there’s still a strong need for spaces where makers and shoppers can connect. Today, more than ever, people want to shop small and support local — and that’s exactly what our events are all about.”

What to Expect

Each Indie Craft Experience showcases an incredible selection of handmade jewelry, pottery, apparel, prints, candles, stationery, artisan bath and body products, vintage finds, and much, much more. 

In addition, we’ll have food, maker stations, holiday themed selfie spots, a scavenger hunt with prizes for the little ones and the big guy himself.

Admission: $5 in advance/$10 at the door
Kids 12 & under: Free
Last Call Tickets: Free during the final 2 hours of Sunday

Since 2011, the Sandy Springs Society has hosted The Elegant Elf Marketplace, a weekend long holiday market where funds are raised to directly benefit local nonprofits. The carefully curated selection of 100 local and regional small business owners and artisans provide shoppers with a unique selection of gift items and personal purchases including holiday décor, clothing and accessories for all ages, stunning home furnishings, delicious gourmet treats, hand-crafted items, and spectacular artistic creations.

The Elegant Elf Marketplace attracts shoppers from throughout the Southeast seeking to get an early start to holiday shopping, while supporting small businesses, and helping make an impact during the season of giving. The festive atmosphere has less stress and more community spirit than making purchases in malls or online. Whether looking for presents for family, friends or neighbors or stocking up for host and hostess gifts for holiday parties, teachers or clients and business associates, the wide variety of vendors at The Elegant Elf offer creative gifting solutions without the hassle of shipping and crazy parking lots at shopping centers.

This year, Sandy Springs Society Members will also be selling hand crafted bows in a variety of sizes to provide a special touch for gifts as well as home décor. 

There is a $8 entrance fee. Parking is complimentary for two hours in the parking garage. Children 10 and under are free.

Atlantans who revel in the holiday spirit will soon have a new tradition to mark the season when the ultimate holiday shopping experience launches with the Atlanta Holiday Boutique at the Gas South Convention Center November 3-5, 2023. Marketplace Events – producers of the Atlanta Home Show and North Atlanta Home Show – kick off the first annual show with more than 200 companies in a festive atmosphere filled with holiday home décor, jewelry, gifts, children’s items, gourmet foods and more. 

The Holiday Boutique is tailored for guests looking to experience all the joys of the holiday season with high-quality vendors and artisan designers from all over the country, entertainment, food and drink – and a one-stop shop to find unique gifts for anyone on their list.

Highlights of the Atlanta Holiday Boutique will include:

  • The holiday spirit will be flowing at Girls Night Out on Friday, Nov. 3. Kick start the weekend kick starts the weekend with a party from 5 – 9 p.m. featuring music, drinks, door prizes and late-night access to some of the chicest boutiques in the area. 
  • Discover beautiful, custom-made gifts and home décor created by Artisan Exhibitors. Local artisans. Their unique, artist-inspired creations and artwork can’t be found anywhere else.

Adults – $12 (At the door)

Adults – $10 (Online)*

Children ages 12 and under are free. 

*Online Advance Adult Admission will be at the $10 discounted rate through 11/2/23. Starting opening day of the show the price will increase to $12 online, same as box office pricing.

HOURS:

10 a.m. – 9 p.m. on Friday

9 a.m. – 7 p.m. on Saturday

10 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Sunday.
