Atlanta is preparing to become the Halloween headquarters of the Southeast as Midtown hosts the city’s largest Halloween Block Party. Bringing together more than 35 participating bars, clubs, and restaurants, the ultimate night of costume fantasy, spine-tingling music, and ghoulishly good times kicks off at 6:00 p.m. and haunts the neighborhood until 2:00 a.m.
