Wild Heaven Beer Launches Sunday Brunch Fourth of July Weekend
Fireworks aren’t the only things getting lit this Fourth of July. Wild Heaven Beer s kicking off celebrations early, Sunday, June 3rd with the launch of their new Sunday brunch at the West End location. Beginning at 11 a.m., Wild Heaven invites revelers to be the first to indulge in tasty offerings including the House Omelet, Shrimp & Grits, Avocado & Egg Taco, Waffle, Mushroom Bowl, Potato Hash, sides and more. On Monday, July 4th, both the West End and the Avondale taprooms will be open to properly honor the holiday with some of Atlanta’s best craft brews including two new beers created by Brewmaster Eric Johnson, the Piña Colada Sour and Belgian With Chai. Peachtree Road Race runners can bring their bib to either location and receive a free draft of choice. The Avondale location is opening its doors early at 1 p.m. and guests are invited to enjoy a cold beer with gourmet street foods from Chef Brian Wilson’s pop up at the brewery. Celebrate the Stars and Stripes at Urban Pie

Head to Dantanna’s in the heart of Buckhead this Fourth of July and toast to freedom with the Bomb Pop Lemonade, a specialty red, white, and blue vodka-based cocktail that is tangy, subtly sweet and refreshing. Sat., July 2, 11am-Midnight – The Roof’s Annual Fourth of July Party

The Roof will be hosting their annual Fourth of July party, sponsored by Beam Suntory, from 11am-midnight on Saturday, July 2. There will be an array of entertainment, starting with a balloon artist and a magician from 11am-4pm, followed by music from DJ OP Diggy at 8pm and a spectacular private firework show at 9:30pm. Classic carnival style bites and a special cocktail menu, will also be available for purchase. Tickets include unlimited access to The Roof, boardwalk games and rides. The Roof will be 21+ after 5pm. All food and beverage will be sold separately. Tickets (available here) for 11pm-4pm will be $22 for ages 12 and under and $30 for adults. Tickets for 5pm and on will be $45 and 21+.

Jupiter Cafe: Pickup July 1-3, noon-6pm – Fourth of July Feasts To-Go

To celebrate Fourth of July weekend, Juniper Cafe will offer feasts to-go that feed 4-6 people for $90. Pre-orders can be placed on the restaurant’s website here, and meals will be available for pickup Friday, Saturday and Sunday of Fourth of July weekend (July 1-3) between noon and 6pm. The menu includes:

Mon., July 4 – Celebrate the Fourth of July at H+H!

The community bar and restaurant welcomes those in town to gather and celebrate over drink specials, like a $5 LiberTea cocktail with bourbon, black tea, lemonade, basil & honey and $2 Budweiser American flag cans.

Carson Kitchen is open regular hours over the Fourth of July weekend. This Alpharetta staple features reimagined comfort food with a fine-dining twist to connect with family and friends. Main menu favorites include crispy chicken skins, bacon jam, cocoa-espresso New York strip and glazed donut bread pudding while weekend brunch highlights include the chicken and mac and cheese waffle with spiced Mornay sauce and garbage hash with short rib, pork belly, red wine demi and sunny egg.  Reservations can be made via Resy.

The Halcyon location of HOBNOB Neighborhood Tavern gets the festivities going with a Fourth of July party from 3-10 p.m., featuring live bands, a patio bar with lots of beers and whiskeys and a cornhole area. This event is rain or shine. RSVP online for free entry. All other HOBNOB locations—Brookhaven, Dunwoody and Atlantic Station— will be open regular hours on July 4.

Johnny’s Hideaway, Atlanta’s nightclub for big kids, is open late on Sunday, July 3. The iconic Atlanta nightclub will host trivia on Monday, July 4 starting at 7:30 p.m.

Marlow’s Tavern features its Red, White and Blue burger topped with bleu cheese, caramelized onions and red peppers on a toasted sesame bun and served with Freedom fries. The special burger is only available on Monday, July 4. Marlow’s Tavern Insiders can receive a complimentary Red, White and Blue burger with the purchase of an additional entrée when they dine-in or pick-up at their favorite tavern on Independence Day.

For steak lovers, Milton’s Cuisine & Cocktails is featuring half-priced filets on July 4.

Sankranti will be open with regular hours over the Fourth of July weekend. The welcoming, fast casual restaurant offers the varied flavors of India with exciting menu items such as exotic mango chicken, dal panchratna (a tantalizing concoction of lentils, chilis and spices), paratha (Indian flatbread) and homemade mango lassis and signature rose milk. The restaurant also offers convenient online ordering for pickup.

Taco Mac is the perfect spot for celebrating over the Fourth of July weekend. The beloved sports bar offers an exceptional selection of beers on tap and award-winning chicken wings and has a television at every angle for watching weekend baseball games and Wimbledon. DOWNTOWN WOODSTOCK RESTAURANTS CELEBRATE INDEPENDENCE DAY WITH STAR SPANGLED PUB CRAWL

Downtown Woodstock

Saturday, July 3rd at 2 pm

The Star Spangled Pub Crawl will take place in Downtown Woodstock on Saturday, July 3rd from 2 to 6 pm. Crawl-goers will enjoy festive food and beverage specials as they visit the participating bars and restaurants.

 

Participants include Copper Coin, The Daily Draft, Eden, Kai (formerly ICE Martini Bar), Madlife Grill, Pure Taqueria, Prime 120, Reel Seafood, Reformation Brewery, Rootstock, and Truck and Tap. Musicians will perform at select locations on a staggered schedule during the event.

 

When a crawl participant arrives at their first restaurant on the crawl, they will be given a stamp card. For each restaurant visited, they will receive a stamp on their card. Once they have received five stamps, they may turn in their card to any participating restaurant to be entered to win prizes.

 

Winners will be drawn from the entries and announced on Visit Woodstock GA social media in a live event on Tuesday, July 6th. Prizes include gift cards to participating restaurants. The grand prize is a Downtown Woodstock prize pack that includes a Downtown Dollars gift certificate.

 

Highlights from the featured food and beverage specials include Prime 120’s Happy Hour Smashburger (two beef patties topped with American cheese, caramelized onions, secret sauce, and shaved lettuce) with fries, Kai’s Star Spangled Beer & Boil, and the Bomb Pop Vodka Lemonade at The Daily Draft. All of the participating restaurants are offering dine in or carry out for crawl specials.

 

“The Star Spangled Pub Crawl is great way to celebrate with friends Independence Day weekend,” said Visit Woodstock GA Marketing and Communication Manager Stacy Brown. “The focus is on the delicious food and beverage features and there won’t be vendors on the sidewalks so people can move from one restaurant to the next easily.”
