Spend a smooth-sailing evening this Valentine’s Day at Park Tavern’s Silly Love Songs Yacht Rock Show with VJ Captain Luv on Friday, February 14, 2020. Mellow-music lovers, in relationships or riding solo, will enjoy a nautical night filled with dancing, and the best Yacht Rock songs and videos from the ‘70s & ‘80s.  Guests can overlook the stunning Midtown skyline and Piedmont Park, and take advantage of Park Tavern’s full menu featuring sushi, salads, burgers, in addition to Valentine’s Day-themed libations that will be flowing all night long. Rhythm & Brews 2019

About: Reynolds Lake Oconee and OPAS (Oconee Performing Arts Society) are excited to present the third annual Rhythm & Brews Festival. The festival will kick off at 5:30 p.m. on Oct. 26 at Reynolds Lake Oconee’s historic Sandy Creek Barn. Headlining the 2019 festival are five world-renowned rock stars, including Scott Stapp of Creed, Jason Scheff of Chicago, Emmerson Hart of Tonic, Matt Scannell of Vertical Horizon and Don Barnes of .38 Special. Each veteran musician will be accompanied by the Nashville-based band SIXWIRE. General admission is $150 and includes access to the craft beer and wine tasting, concert and shuttle service. For guests seeking the ultimate Rhythm & Brews experience, VIP tickets are available for $250 and include general admission access plus exclusive VIP amenities including a tasting experience inside the Sandy Creek Barn with special wine offerings, a VIP hospitality suite at the concert with complimentary food offerings, a dedicated cash bar and comfortable seating that includes a reserved seat during the concert. The beer and wine garden will provide more than 30 craft selections for tasting and several award-winning food trucks will be on-site to provide culinary pairings.

Grant Park Summer Shade Festival 2019

About: The Grant Park Conservancy has revealed the live music lineup and schedule for the 17th annual Grant Park Summer Shade Festival on Saturday, August 24 and Sunday, August 25, 2019. Earning a reputation as a must-attend event to see some of the hottest up-and-coming bands, local talent and notable favorites, festival goers are invited to watch two days of nonstop high-energy performances. Featuring a diverse lineup for all tastes, 2019 artists include Blair Crimmins, Stripped, Cicada Rhythm, Common Ground, Old Ceremony, Mafia do Samba, ASH, R.A.H and many more. Produced by and benefiting the Grant Park Conservancy, the 2019 Grant Park Summer Shade Festival is open to all ages and free to attend. In addition to the impressive music lineup, this year’s festival will also have an expansive artist market, a Kids Zone presented by Grant Park Parents Network, the annual Adams Realtors Run for the Park 5K, a diverse selection of local food trucks, wine, frosty beers, craft cocktails and more. Additionally, tickets are now available for the exclusive VIP Lounge. Attendees are invited to relax in a private tent and enjoy complimentary food from a local caterer, premium wines, Monday Night Brewing craft beer, and the Signature Summer Shade Cocktail served in a souvenir cup. Ninth Annual Piedmont Park Arts Festival

About: Consistently recognized as one of the best outdoor festivals in Atlanta, the Piedmont Park Arts Festival will return to the picturesque park in the heart of Midtown for its ninth year on Saturday, August 17 and Sunday, August 18, 2019. A favorite for all ages, the two-day, family-friendly event will feature approximately 250 painters, photographers, sculptors, leather and metalwork artisans, glass blowers, jewelers and crafters. Festival goers are also invited to enjoy artist demonstrations, live acoustic music, an expansive artist market, children’s play area, festival foods and beverages, games and much more.
