ATLANTA FOUNDATION FOR PUBLIC SPACES ANNOUNCE SPRING AND SUMMER FESTIVAL LINEUP 2023

Spring is in the Air at the Spring Festival on Ponce: April 1-2

Celebrating blooming flowers, sunshine and warmer weather, the annual Spring Festival on Ponce is returning to historic Olmsted Linear Park on Saturday, April 1 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, April 2, 2023, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Presented by the Atlanta Foundation for Public Spaces, festival-goers are invited explore and purchase works from approximately 125 painters, photographers, sculptors, leather and metal craft persons, glass blowers, jewelers and more. While taking in the beautiful landscape and charming park, attendees can enjoy an array of local food trucks, beverages, a children’s play area, live acoustic music, a DJ, and much more. The event is free to attend, open to all ages, and dogs are welcome. Hop On Over to Sandy Springs Artsapalooza: April 8-9

Sandy Springs Artsapalooza returns on Saturday, April 8 and Easter Sunday, April 9, 2023. The award-winning free festival features more than 150 painters, photographers, sculptors, leather and metal craft persons, glass blowers, jewelers and more. Transforming the tree-lined streets of Sandy Springs into an expansive outdoor art gallery, festival-goers will have the opportunity to view artist demonstrations, participate in hands-on art activities, and enjoy live acoustic performances. The event also has a children’s area and plenty of food trucks and beverages for all tastes. On Easter Sunday, the Atlanta Foundation For Public Spaces is hosting the largest Easter Egg Hunt in Sandy Springs with over 10,000 hidden Easter eggs. Recognized as one of the best outdoor festivals in Atlanta, the Piedmont Park Arts Festival returns to the heart of Midtown on Saturday, August 19 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, August 20, 2023, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Presented by the Atlanta Foundation for Public Spaces and held in picturesque Piedmont Park, the festival will feature approximately 250 artists including painters, photographers, sculptors, leather and metalworkers, glass blowers, jewelers, and crafters. Festival enthusiasts are also invited to enjoy live acoustic music, DJ sets from Captains of Revelry, a children’s play area, and a variety of festival food and drinks for all tastes. Chastain Spring Arts and Crafts Festival
To kick off the spring festival season, on Saturday, May 15, and Sunday, May 16, 2021, the annual Chastain Spring Arts & Crafts Festival presented by the Atlanta Foundation for Public Spaces returns to Chastain Park. Celebrating its 12th year, the award-winning event will feature 175 artists and artisans painters, photographers, sculptors, leather and metal craft artisans, glass blowers, jewelers, and more. Festival-goers are also invited to enjoy live acoustic music, an array of bites and beverages including fare from local food trucks, and take advantage of a fun-filled children’s area. Duluth Spring Arts Festival

Created for artists by artists, the festival will feature more than 85 painters, photographers, sculptors, metalwork, glass artists, jewelers, and more. Spring Festival on Ponce
The ninth annual Spring Festival on Ponce will be held on Saturday, June 5, and Sunday, June 6, 2021, in Atlanta’s historic Olmsted Linear Park. The sister festival to the Fall Festival on Ponce (October 9 and 10, 2021), the Spring Festival on Ponce will transform the park, which was carefully restored by the Olmsted Linear Park Alliance, into an outdoor art gallery to the backdrop of budding spring foliage. The two-day event will feature over 125 displays of local and regional fine art and crafts, utilizing the gorgeous landscape designed by one of America’s most celebrated landscape architects, Fredrick Olmsted, Sr. In addition to the abundance of unique art, there will be a children’s area, gourmet food trucks, beverages and a stage for acoustic musical performances. Roswell Spring Arts and Crafts Festival
