TASTE OF TRUIST PARK & THE BATTERY ATLANTA FOOD TOUR

The first tour will take place on April 18 and guide fans through a tasting of Truist Park and various restaurants in The Battery Atlanta

Today, the Atlanta Braves unveiled the Taste of Truist Park & The Battery Atlanta food tours, a guided ballpark and culinary tour for baseball enthusiasts and food lovers. The tour will lead off with a Terrapin beer and a soft pretzel in the Truist Park Press Box. This will be followed by a trip to the Braves dugout to sample Fox Bros. Bar-B-Q. Continuing into The Battery Atlanta, the tour will feature stops at ASW Distillery, Mac McGee’s Irish Pub, and El Super Pan, ending with a
classic Southern treat at River Street Sweets.


Throughout the tour, guests will have the opportunity to learn intriguing food facts about the Braves, Truist Park, and The Battery Atlanta. Each venue’s restaurant team will provide insights into the tour’s menu items, offering a behind-the-scenes glimpse into the unique offerings. Taste of Truist Park & The Battery Atlanta tours will be offered on Thursdays when the Atlanta Braves are on the road, beginning April 18 at 12:30 p.m. Each tour will last approximately two hours.

Iconic entertainment destination swings into spring with weekly yoga, restaurant specials, musical performances and more!

This month, The Battery Atlanta has a full lineup sure to help guests celebrate the start of the anticipated spring season. Visitors can enjoy free yoga classes on the Plaza Green every away-game Monday, and Twilight Tours continue at Truist Park. March Madness continues at Live! at The Battery Atlanta for the Final Four and the Championship, and the eateries will once again host UFC Fight Night. The music is nonstop at the Coca-Cola Roxy this month with performances from Offset to The Brothers Osborne. Park Bench parties are back with a calendar packed full of karaoke nights, dueling pianos and more! Returning restaurant promotions include Jazz Brunches, Prime Rib Wednesdays and Sunday Supper at Garden & Gun Club.

Wellness Series: Yoga by Kaiser Permanente
Mondays, April 15 and 29 from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m.

The Yoga Series has arrived for spring! Yogis can kick off every away-game week stress-free at an outdoor yoga class presented by Kaiser Permanente. As part of the Wellness Series at The Battery Atlanta, this free event is open to all ages to relax and unwind on the Plaza Green. Atlanta Baseball Home Opener, NFC Fight Night, Fiesta de Mayo Live!, Live! Goes ‘90s & More

 Live! at The Battery – the entertainment destination located in the heart of The Battery Atlanta – announces its events lineup for April, May and June 2024.

  • Basketball Madness Game Watch (through Mon., April 8) – It’s time for fans to bring the jerseys out of retirement and come down to Sports and Social Atlanta to watch all the games on the 32-ft big screen! Guests can join the frenzy and witness the best of Basketball Madness as the nation’s top teams compete for glory. From buzzer-beaters to upsets, every game is a thrilling adventure paired with drink specials, games and more. “Slam Dunk” drink specials include $24 Miller Lite & Coors Light Buckets, $10 Red Bull & Cranberry Vodka and $5 Vizzy Hard Seltzer & Happy Thursday.   • Atlanta Baseball Home Opener & Kegs and Eggs (Fri., April 5) – Brunch, brews and baseball await at Live! at the Battery next month! The entertainment destination is leveling up their Home Opener Watch Party. From 11am-1pm, fans can head to the Blue Moon Beer Garden for a Kegs & Eggs event including a mouthwatering brunch buffet, two drink tickets (draft beer or mimosas!), live music by local favorite Kyle Bradley and some friendly competition with patio games, giveaways and photo opps.   • Silent Saturday: Silent Disco Party (Sat., May, 25, 9pm-1am) – Guests can put on some headphones and dance and sing all night long at Live! at The Battery’s monthly silent disco parties. There will be drink specials, two favorite local DJs spinning different music genres and plenty of great late night vibes. Tickets are available here. This event is 21+.
  • Live! Goes ‘90s (Sat., June 8, 8pm until close) – Live! at the Battery is going back in time for their annual Live! Goes ‘90s party. Guests can dust off their track suits and relive the nostalgia of their favorite decade as they are transported back to a time of neon lights, mixtapes and iconic pop culture references. The night will include old school hits from a ‘90s-themed DJ, adult juice pouches, instagrammable moments, giveaways and games like Twister and Connect 4.   • NFC #162 Fight Night (Fri., June 21) Live! at the Battery will host another National Fighting Championship (NFC) event this June. The adrenaline-filled night will feature live professional and amateur MMA, Muay Thai and Kickboxing fights taking place in a ring in the middle of Sports & Social. Attendees will have the chance to be a part of the non-stop action during 12+ Fights in the NFC cage at one of the most exciting and new environments for watching live fights, plus, fan-favorite drinks and an official after party next door at PBR. The Battery Atlanta caters to the whole family with festive events throughout November. Music fans can expect the best of the best this month as the Coca-Cola Roxy buzzes with performances from artists like Lil Yachty and Blackberry Smoke. Harry Potter fans are invited to escape to Hogwarts in their finest robes at the long-awaited Wizards and Wands event at Live! at The Battery Atlanta. Movie fans may cozy up on the Plaza Green with friends and family to catch one of the Friday night featured films with the Xfinity Movie Series. Atlantans are invited to take a break from the holiday shopping and Thanksgiving cooking and stop by The Battery Atlanta this holiday season!

Walk to End Alzheimer’s
It’s time for the 2023 annual Walk to End Alzheimer’s! Attendees will lace up their tennis shoes and join the Alzheimer’s Association to raise money for meaningful research. Santa Claus is once again setting up shop at his Post Office in The Battery Atlanta! From Friday, Nov. 25 to Saturday, Dec. 24, Santa will continue the time-honored tradition of greeting local children. Santa will set up shop every Friday through Sunday in the Truist Community Corner, located at the corner of Power Alley and Battery Avenue. Families are invited to bring their handwritten letters to Santa – postage not required – in person at his official Atlanta outpost. Santa’s helpers will take care of the rest! Truist will have additional activities, photo ops and giveaways for the whole family, celebrating the holidays and the local community. Instead of a professional photographer, this free opportunity allows parents / guardians to take their own photos of their children interacting with Santa as he listens to their wish lists.

Hispanic Heritage Month Event Set To Showcase Creations from Lineup of Esteemed Chefs

Portion of Proceeds To Benefit Ser Familia

El Super Pan, the lively Latin kitchen and bar from Puerto Rican Chef Hector Santiago, will host a National Mofongo Day celebration on Sunday, September 24 at the restaurant’s location at The Battery (455 Legends Pl #862), organized by Taste Network. Celebrated during Hispanic Heritage Month, National Mofongo Day honors Puerto Rico’s national dish, which  features ingredients such as pork, garlic, olive oil, broth, and of course, the main ingredient, plantain. The event at El Super Pan will marry the robust flavors of Mofongo with the culinary artistry of an acclaimed lineup of chefs, immersive cocktail experiences and Spanish wines. Participating international talent will include National Mofongo Day Founder Jose Mendin of Pubbelly (Miami), Host Chef Hector Santiago of El Super Pan (Atlanta), Andre Gomez of Jose Sucio (Atlanta), Julio Delgado of Fogón and Lions (Atlanta), Santiago Gomez of Palo Santo (Atlanta), Cesar Zapata of Phuc Yea (Miami), Xavier Pacheco of Bacoa & Los Guapos (Puerto Rico), Fernando Desa of Goya Foods (New Jersey), Justin Sutherland of Handsome Hog (St. Paul) and Brady Lowe of Taste Network.

Established by celebrity Chef Jose Mendin, National Mofongo Day expands upon the plantain-based recipe by inviting guests to engage with Puerto Rican culture. The tasting event at El Super Pan will do just that by showcasing vibrant creations from a remarkable roster of Latin culinary experts. The evening’s festivities will include exclusive cocktail experiences, expertly crafted to complement the delightful Mofongo dishes including a specially brewed beer from Wrecking Bar Brewpub. The standup tasting experience will emulate the lively streets of San Juan with the Jim Beam® Lechón A La Varita whole roasted pig experience, savory and sweet libations from Bacardi Reserva Ocho, prestigious Spanish wines hailing from Ribera del Duero and Rueda and more.

Fall Festivities and Seasonal Fun Slated for The Battery Atlanta this September


Atlanta’s prime entertainment destination hosting 5K races, Girls Night Out, an assortment of live shows and much more!

The Battery Atlanta is ushering in the fall season with a series of engaging activities. Guests will enjoy the autumn weather with Yoga by Kaiser Permanente and shop farm fresh local produce at the Farmers Market. There is a full lineup of performers at Coca Cola Roxy, including Danna Paola and Daniel Caesar. Park Bench postgame events keep visitors entertained all month long with DJs, Karaoke and special performances. The Battery Atlanta will also welcome participants for RaceTrac’s Run for Research 5K and the St. Jude Walk/Run 5K to support a cause. Additionally, every Thursday, attendees can indulge in a Girls Night Out at Blue Moon Beer Garden, presented by Live! at The Battery Atlanta.

Cobb County’s favorite open-air destination offers new activities to start off the year

Visitors will look forward to 2023 with The Battery Atlanta’s lineup of events to kick offthe New Year. Baseball fans can celebrate the 2021 World-Series champions, The Atlanta Braves, during Braves Fest this January. Live! at the Battery Atlanta will host a watch party for the College Football Championship and show major UFC matches on the biggest screen in the Southeast. With the return of the Cornhole ATL Winter League, Atlantans can participate in a seven-week season of matches that culminate with a season-ending tournament offering trophies and prizes. The Coca-Cola Roxy continues with a full roster of performers throughout the month.

Braves Fest presented by Delta Air Lines
Jan. 21 from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Fans are invited to join the Atlanta Braves for photo opportunities, autographs, on-field activities and a celebration of Atlanta’s favorite baseball team! Attendees will enjoy memorable and interactive experiences with players, delicious dining options and great shopping spots. Cornhole returns to The Battery Atlanta in 2023 with seven-week leagues for all levels of cornhole players. The league includes a season-ending tournament with a championship trophy and other prizes. Mardi Gras Live!, Big Game Bash, Live UFC Fight Event, Shamrocks & Shenanigans & More

  • Big Game Bash (Sun., Feb. 12) – Clear eyes, full hearts and a big screen for the biggest professional football game. Live! at the Battery’s Sports and Social Atlanta is the place to be for an in-game experience full of games, giveaways and so much more.   • Mardi Gras Live! (Sat., Feb. 18) – The entertainment destination is bringing the French Quarter back to Atlanta this Mardi Gras.   • Live NFC Event (Fri., March 10) – This March, Live! at the Battery is hosting their first National Fighting Championship (NFC) event. Fight attendees will have the chance to experience 12+ fights in the NFC cage at one of the most exciting and new environments for watching live fights.   • Shamrocks & Shenanigans (Fri., March 17) – Get ready to enjoy everything GREEN at Live! At the Battery’s St. Patrick’s Day celebration. Guests can enjoy all the best Irish-themed entertainment, including signature drinks, green beer and live entertainment to help make St. Patrick’s Day pure gold. Those looking for some basketball madness can enjoy games on the 32ft LED TV screen as well. Come sham-rock & roll and don’t miss out on the luck of the Irish! Tickets will be available at here starting January 27.

A one-of-a-kind place to catch sports, dine in style, sip cold beer and craft cocktails, play games and do a bit of bull riding and line dancing, Live! at The Battery plays host to some of Atlanta’s most fun food and drink events. Ongoing happenings include:
