For one night and one night only, Concentrics Restaurants is getting the band back TWO-gether to celebrate twenty years of bold flavors and cherished memories. Making a triumphant return after a seven-year hiatus, the Rock ’n’ Roll Wine Dinner Reunion will take place on Wednesday, November 6, at 6:30 p.m., cranking up the volume for an unforgettable evening of food, wine, and 90s alternative rock—all in classic TWO urban licks fashion.

Emceed by 99X’s Steve Craig and hosted by Todd Rushing of Concentrics Restaurants alongside Steve Reynolds of Reynolds Family Wines, the high-energy event will showcase a five-course dinner crafted by Executive Chef Chad Clevenger. Guests will enjoy bold pours of pinots, cabernets, red blends, and more, with highlights including beloved menu throwbacks and signature favorites like Lamb Lollipops, Smoked Brisket and Chicken, Gouda Grits, and Duck Pâté, paired with wines from Reynolds Family Winery, Monticello Vineyards, Lando Winery, Amles Wines, and Champagne Jeeper.

Patrons Invited to Craft Seasonal Cocktails for Holiday Entertaining 

Overstory Rooftop Bar is thrilled to host an exclusive Holiday Cocktail Class on Sunday, November 10th from 3:00 – 4:00 p.m.  As the most wonderful time of the year approaches, guests are invited to refine their mixology skills and learn how to craft two of Overstory’s signature holiday cocktails. 

Guided by Food and Beverage Director Ashley Castillo, participants will learn how to create the Winter Chill and the Fall Spritz (NA). Both cocktails are thoughtfully designed to showcase seasonal flavors and can be easily batched, making them perfect for holiday gatherings. Throughout this hands-on experience, guests will explore seasonal ingredients, refine their cocktail-crafting techniques and gain valuable presentation tips, all while enjoying the vibrant atmosphere at Overstory.

Since 2011, the Sandy Springs Society has hosted The Elegant Elf Marketplace, a weekend long holiday market where funds are raised to directly benefit local nonprofits. The carefully curated selection of 100 local and regional small business owners and artisans provide shoppers with a unique selection of gift items and personal purchases including holiday décor, clothing and accessories for all ages, stunning home furnishings, delicious gourmet treats, hand-crafted items, and spectacular artistic creations.

The Elegant Elf Marketplace attracts shoppers from throughout the Southeast seeking to get an early start to holiday shopping, while supporting small businesses, and helping make an impact during the season of giving. The festive atmosphere has less stress and more community spirit than making purchases in malls or online. Whether looking for presents for family, friends or neighbors or stocking up for host and hostess gifts for holiday parties, teachers or clients and business associates, the wide variety of vendors at The Elegant Elf offer creative gifting solutions without the hassle of shipping and crazy parking lots at shopping centers.

This year, Sandy Springs Society Members will also be selling hand crafted bows in a variety of sizes to provide a special touch for gifts as well as home décor. 

There is a $8 entrance fee. Parking is complimentary for two hours in the parking garage. Children 10 and under are free.

Visit Oxford, in partnership with The Local Palate, will welcome Atlanta residents and visitors to experience Oxford’s culture and cuisine at Oxford Bites & Southern Nights on Friday, Nov. 1 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the historic Hotel Clermont.

Taking place on The Rooftop of Hotel Clermont, Oxford Bites & Southern Nights is designed to inspire Atlanta residents with a taste of the culinary delights and lively spirit that make Oxford unique. Wonderbird Spirits, Mississippi’s first grain-to-glass distillery, will be crafting signature cocktails and offering tastings. Cathead Vodka of Jackson, Mississippi, will be in attendance as well, serving up a specialty cocktail. There will be multiple food stations presenting Oxford tailgate classics, like chicken on a stick, and Chef Joel Miller of Kingswood will be on-site crafting some of his dishes that Oxford locals know and love.  

“From award-winning chefs to our unique local flavors, Oxford has become a destination for food lovers from all over,” said Kinney Ferris, executive director for Visit Oxford. “We’re thrilled to share this culinary experience with Atlanta and for the opportunity to share what makes Oxford’s food scene so special.”

THE WORKS TO HOST 4TH ANNUAL HALLOWEEN CELEBRATION ON OCTOBER 26

The Upper Westside community is invited to celebrate Something’s Brewing at The Works with crafts, candy stations, face painting and more

Join The Works in West Midtown for its 4th annual Something’s Brewing Halloween event for a spooktacular good time. From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 26, come out with your little monsters for candy stations, crafts, interactive experiences, face painting, photo ops, balloon animals, critters and fun for all ages! This popular community event is expected to be the biggest and best one yet.

Guests at The Works’ Something’s Brewing can expect live beats from DJ Steve, music by Nero Simon & The Settlers, face painting by QFaces, animal balloons by Amplified Balloons, a critter show hosted by the Amphibian Foundation and complimentary cocktails from La Dolce Vita Mobile Bar. Upon arrival, guests can stop by The Workshop inside the Makers Building to check in, before heading off to visit the multiple outdoor craft and candy stations throughout the property. Various tenants across The Works will have spooky surprises, including Adelina Social Goods, Chattahoochee Food Works, Dr. Scofflaw’s and more. Additionally, The Camp is hosting a special screening of “Beetlejuice,” complete with interactive characters including Beetlejuice, Lydia and Shrunken Head Bob.

Celebrate spooky season with fall favorites including trick-or-treating, strolling

The Avenue West Cobb, an outdoor lifestyle shopping center, is celebrating the year’s spookiest season with their annual Fall Festival held on Thursday, October 31 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.

“The season filled with cozy sweaters and frightful delights is finally upon us! The Avenue West Cobb is kicking off another wonderful holiday season with our beloved fall festival featuring activities for everyone in the family,” said John Liu, general manager at The Avenue West Cobb. “Whether you’re bringing the kids to collect their sweet treats or dressing up your furry friends for our first-ever pet costume contest, you’re certain to have an incredible time.”

Free and open to the public, the Fall Festival is the perfect way to enjoy Halloween in a fun, family-friendly environment. Guests will have the opportunity to participate in store-to-store trick-or-treating and pick up delicious candy treats from their favorite tenants around The Avenue. Additional activities include pumpkin picking, a creepy crawlers exhibit, a kid’s maze, a balloonist, magician and face painter, as well as strolling entertainers and movie characters. In addition to these activities, Marietta community members can dress up their furry friends and bring them along for the fun to enter them into the center’s first-ever pet costume contest. Categories include best costume, funniest costume, scariest costume and best group costume. Winners will receive a ribbon, free dog toy and bragging rights.
