Fadó Irish Pub has thrown their St. Patrick’s Day Outdoor Block Party since 1996, and this year is no exception. The event will feature outdoor beer and cocktail stations as well as food trucks, performances from Irish Dancers, soccer, Six Nations Rugby, live music and a DJ playing all afternoon and night. Pre-sale tickets ($20) are now available here and will be available for purchase at the door. Festivities will begin at 7am with English Premier League soccer and Six Nations Rugby matches on televisions, and Atlanta United will be on starting at 7:30pm.

Tues., Mar. 17, 7am – Close –Tickets/Info: St. Patricks Day at Fadó Irish Pub

Fadó Irish Pub will be celebrating St. Patrick’s Day with “Kegs and Eggs” at 7am and live music and Irish dance performances throughout the day. Starting at 4pm, the celebration will be 21+ with a $10 cover at the door. Live music by Desire will begin at 8pm, and a DJ will perform from 10:30pm to close.

Atlanta’s favorite fair returns with merriment to go around!

Come one, come all!  The Atlanta Fair opens its gates on Friday, March 6 – Sunday, April 12 for fun-seekers of all ages! Atlanta residents and visitors in search of thrilling adventure, lively entertainment and mouthwatering fair food are encouraged to join the festivities with family and friends at one of the city’s most anticipated spring events.

The 2020 Atlanta Fair boasts a number of exhilarating rides and interactive games. Alien Abduction is back for an out-of-this-world experience, along with classic fair favorites such as the Towering Ferris Wheel and a variety of children’s rides and games. Fair food lovers are invited to indulge in all-time fair classics, like fluffy cotton candy, candy apples, funnel cakes and more!

Parental Escort Policy in Effect

To celebrate four successful years in East Cobb, Doug Turbush, chef and owner of Drift Fish House & Oyster Bar, has teamed up with Gate City Brewing Company and The Jeff Mosier Ensemble for a fourth anniversary Bluegrass Birthday Bash on March 3.

Turbush has thoughtfully created three new and exclusive entrées for guests to try. Crab and lobster enthusiasts will be thrilled to devour the All of the Alaskan King Crab Platter or a whole Maine lobster. Guests also will enjoy live bluegrass music from The Jeff Mosier Ensemble and $4 Gate City drafts served on the patio (weather permitting) and at the main bar. Gate City beers pair exceptionally well with the evening’s James River oysters on the half shell and oyster roast specials.

  • One dozen James River oysters on the half shell with traditional accompaniments ($16.44)
  • Oyster Roast ($3.44 each or $13.44 for a flight of all four options)
    • Broiled oysters with Parmesan garlic and lemon
