UrbanTree Cidery, Atlanta’s first craft cidery, announces its first-ever Pawnee Style Harvest Party, a “Parks and Rec” inspired party celebrating all things fall on Saturday, November 23 from 12:30 to 6:30pm. Taking place at their Westside tasting room (1465 Howell Mill Rd. NW), the all-day, family-friendly event will feature activities like a costume contest, visits with a live miniature horse and the release of a new seasonal cider, Bourbon Barrel Buzz (7.5% ABV).

Throughout the day, guests are invited to partake in a Ron Swanson look-alike contest, enter in “Treat Yo’ Self” raffles and from 1:30 to 3pm, grab photos with a live Li’l Sebastian impersonator, a miniature horse. In addition to themed activities, UrbanTree will serve a harvest cocktail called Snake Juice, a bright and crisp sangria with mild cinnamon spice and subtle sweetness. Their full menu of flagship and seasonal ciders and local beer will also be available. To complement the beverage offerings, there will be a DIY Caramel Apple Bar sponsored by Sweetums, and C-Bo’s BBQ Food Truck will serve Ron Swanson’s favorite dish–turkey legs–along with their full menu of BBQ classics.

The event also marks the release of UrbanTree’s newest seasonal cider Bourbon Barrel Buzz. Made with Stayman Winesap, Red Delicious, Golden Delicious and Mutsu apples, the cider is aged in Ghost Coast Distillery bourbon barrels and lightly sweetened with a touch of Blue Ridge Gallberry Honey.

More information about UrbanTree can be found on their website urbantreecidery.com, and additional details about the Harvest Festival are available here.
