PARISH REPEAL DAY PARTY 2017

Imbibers can head to The Brasserie and Neighborhood Café at PARISH on Tuesday, December 5, 2017, beginning at 7:00 p.m., as the local Inman Park hotspot, has partnered with Redemption Rye Whiskey to host a celebration in honor of the repeal of prohibition. After 13 years of a ban on the production and sale of alcoholic beverages, the U.S. regained alcoholic privileges on December 5, 1933. Honoring the return to the rich traditions of craft bartending culinary arts, smooth jazz, and the enjoyment of alcohol as a sacred social custom, PARISH invites guests to toast to the 21st Amendment, donning their best ensembles, with specialty Redemption Rye cocktails including an Old Fashioned, Vieux Carre and a Brooklyn cocktail created by Beverage Manager Grace Renshaw. Admission is $20 per person and includes a pre-prohibition-style cocktail, light bites, and a special champagne toast.

PARK TAVERN IN PIEDMONT PARK HOSTS THE ULTIMATE SEC CHAMPIONSHIP VIEWING PARTY

Football fanatics can visit Park Tavern in Piedmont Park, located on the Atlanta BeltLine in the heart of Midtown, this Saturday, December 2, 2017, to watch the Georgia Bulldogs go head to head against the Auburn Tigers for the 2017 SEC Football Championship. FREE PIZZA AT YOUR PIE GRANT PARK

Sign up to be the first to craft Your Pie at Your Pie Grant Park, before we open to the public! To sign up, select the time slot you prefer, lunch or dinner, and add the number of guests in your party. You must submit your name and email address to confirm registration. Donations will be collected on behalf of the PTA’s of the three local elementary schools in Grant Park – Parkside Elementary School, Atlanta Neighborhood Charter School, and Wesley International Academy. 1 complimentary entrée (pizza, salad, panini) per person is served during Dine & Donate. Drinks, side salads, chips, gelato, and brownies are available for purchase.

MAINX24 2017

2017 Marks the 11th annual MAINx24 party, which will take place on Saturday, December 2nd. This 24 hour festival on Main Street in downtown Chattanooga includes all types of events with a little something fun for everyone. Events this year include the annual chili cook-off, an adult big wheel race, holiday shopping, tacolympics, a silent disco, and so much more. The Pancake and Booze Art Show 2017

The 2017 Pancake and Booze Art Show will be held on December 1st at the Freight Depot. Atlanta’s premier underground art show features 100+ emerging artists, live body painting, live music, and free pancake bar!
