THE COCKENTRICE PRESENTS: SATURDAY IN SPAIN

Executive Chef Kevin Ouzts and his culinary team at The Cockentrice have joined together with cheese expert Hannah Thompson for an afternoon of Spanish wine tastings, tapas-style bites, cheese pairings, and more on Saturday, December 5, 2015 from 3 to 5 p.m. Featuring six wines from Spain by B&L Brands, The Cockentrice invites attendees to enjoy an array of Spanish wines paired and mouthwatering bites for just $45 a person, plus tax and gratuity.

Three Taverns Holiday Extravaganza: Feest Noel Bottle Release

On Sunday, November 29th Three Taverns is hosting their Bourbon Barrel Feest Noel Bottle Release & Holiday Jazz Extravaganza. Their Freshtix’s site says “Mark your calendars for a very special Three Taverns Holiday Extravaganza on Sunday, Nov 29th, 2-6pm, for the very limited bottle release of Bourbon Barrel Aged Feest Noel. This is a ticketed event that will include 2 complimentary bottles of BBA Feest Noel, special tour of the brewery with tastings of up to 36oz. of beer, including BBA Feest Noel, and live music from Atlanta’s favorite jazzman, Joe Gransden and his quintet.Decorated beautifully for the festive Christmas season as only The Parlour can be, and with the live sounds of holiday jazz from Joe, once again voted in Creaitve Loafing as the 2015 Best Local Jazz Act, this is a holiday party not to be missed.” Tickets are $40 and are limited.

N. Atlanta Pizza Wars

On Saturday, November 28th coming to a local park near you, a war to end all wars. It’s N. Atlanta Pizza Wars! Local pizzarias from around Atlanta battle it out to see who has the best pizza. There are pizza samples, Jekyll beer, wine, kids activities, and don’t forget the Daschsund racing. General admission is $15.

FARM BURGER + THREE TAVERNS BEER DINNER

On Wednesday, December 2nd, Farm Burger is partnering with Atlanta’s Three Taverns Brewery for their “Farm Burger, Without the Burger” beer dinner series, this time at Farm Burger’s Buckhead location (3365 Piedmont Road NE). The lamb & beer dinner will be the 11th supper in the much-loved series, in which Farm Burger’s chefs turn the burger joint into a full-service restaurant for an evening to cook a multi-course meal (no burgers allowed!). Tickets are $45.
