Atlanta Wine Festivals will host the Atlanta Winter Wine Festival at Guardian Works on Saturday, January 20, 2024.  We will have 2 Session: 12pm-4pm and 6pm-10pm. We will feature 50+ different wines, beers and White Claw to sample. Enjoy the awesome venue with Live Music outside, and beats by DJ Qtip inside. Each tickets includes a souvenir acrylic wine glass, entertainment, and all of your wine & beer samples. Food will cost extra.

Mrs. Claus: A Holiday Bar

Popular Indian Eatery Gets into the Holiday Spirit in a Most Creative and Delicious Way

NaanStop locations at Atlantic Station and in Buckhead invite guests to a jolly Holiday Cookie-Decorating Party on Sunday, Dec. 17. From 2-5 p.m., the popular Indian restaurant will provide complimentary chai-spiced sugar cookies, frosting, sprinkles and sparkles. All guests need to bring is their artistic skills and to be prepared to have some fun.

After creating a masterpiece, participants can cozy up with a classic or bourbon-spiked masala chai near the fire pit or under the patio heaters. NaanStop’s full menu of authentic Indian cuisine—including naanwiches, rice bowls and fresh salads—also will be available.

At Atlantic Station, guests can take advantage of free two-hour parking in the parking deck and are advised to park near elevator #5 and follow the signs by Publix.

Guests Will Experience the Holiday spirit with Instagram-worthy drinks, Twinkling Lights and Merriment Galore

Buckhead’s cheeriest pop-up The Blind Elf makes its magical return on Friday, Nov. 10. Once again, The Blind Pig Parlour Bar temporarily transforms into a festive gathering spot brimming with loads of merriment throughout the holidays.

Guests enter a wonderland of over-the-top décor and twinkling lights to discover a variety of warm and chilly holiday-themed drinks, candy cane shots, beer, wine, and bubbles to ensure a spirited mood.

Midtown Hotspot Gets in the Holiday Spirit with Festive Cocktails, Décor and Music

November 17 – December 29

Those looking for holiday cheer can head to Virtue, the bar and lounge atop 5Church Midtown, for the return of its festive Rooftop Holiday Bar. Starting Nov. 17 and continuing through Dec. 29, the popular rooftop destination is transforming its space into a holly jolly wonderland.

In addition to festive décor, twinkly lights, and unobstructed views of Midtown, guests will enjoy a menu of holiday-inspired foods such as the s’mores board—a shareable and interactive dessert spread that includes house-made graham crackers, house-made marshmallows, pumpkin cheesecake bites, caramel popcorn, hot chocolate bomb cookie, and a rich hot fudge for your dipping pleasure.

A few standout selections from then holiday-inspired cocktail menu are:

  • Candy Cane Lane: Ketel One vodka, Baileys, créme de menthe, and Rich demerara
  • Gingerbread Old Fashion: Bulleit bourbon, gingerbread spice, and Angostura bitters
  • Christmas Mule: Tito’s vodka, lime juice, cranberry, rosemary, and ginger beer

LIVE! AT THE BATTERY’S ANNUAL HOLIDAY POP-UP, TINSEL TAVERN, RETURNS ON THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 30

Festive, Whimsical Bar will Feature an Explosion of Tinsel & Twinkling Lights, Holiday Cocktails & Small Bites, Photo Moments & Themed Nights

Plus, Entertainment Destination to Host a New Year’s Eve Hollywood Nights-themed Celebration

Live! at The Battery – the entertainment destination located in the heart of The Battery Atlanta – announces the return of its second annual holiday pop-up bar Tinsel Tavern! Guests are invited to step into the magical fun throughout the merriest time of year and experience an explosion of tinsel and twinkling lights, holiday-inspired cocktails and small bites, and photo moments. The whimsical experience will be open daily Thursday, November 30 through Saturday, December 23. Hours will be 4pm-midnight Sunday through Thursday and 4pm until close on Friday and Saturday (excluding select days for private events).

Throughout the season, Tinsel Tavern will host festive, themed nights including a Holiday Karaoke Party on December 2 from 8pm–midnight (free), an Ugly Sweater Party on December 16 from 9pm–1am ($5 per person) and a Dancing Elves Silent Disco on December 23 from 9pm–1am ($5 per headset). Thursday through Saturday at 8pm, the staff will lead a flash sing-along to a favorite holiday song, and every Thursday, guests can join holiday line dancing at PBR Atlanta. People will be able to make reservations here beginning November 9 or can walk in for drinks and socializing. Sweet and savory holiday bites from Executive Chef Brian Cosio include:

UPSTAIRS AT HOBNOB HALCYON TRANSFORMS INTO A WINTER WONDERLAND WITH SKI CHALET POP-UP BAR

Guests will Experience the Thrills of Ski Resort Vibes, Seasonal Cocktails, and Mountaintop Fare on the Rooftop Starting Nov. 8

Atlanta doesn’t see much snow, but HOBNOB Neighborhood Tavern will soon usher in ski chalet vibes upstairs at its Halcyon location. Starting Wednesday, Nov. 8, the Ski Chalet Pop-Up Bar will immerse guests in a winter ski resort atmosphere, serving seasonal cocktails and mountaintop fare all winter long.

HOBNOB is recreating one of the most enjoyable parts of a ski vacation: the après ski experience, where guests wind down after a day on the slopes with cocktails and comforting snacks. At HOBNOB Halcyon, guests probably did not have a hard day of skiing, but they can escape to the comfort of HOBNOB’s Ski Chalet with a satisfying beverage, a cozy atmosphere with a roaring fire and some of the best après ski fare east of the Rockies. 

HOBNOB’s Ski Chalet drinks will come with a side of seasonal comfort, perfect for whatever terrain guests have covered that day. Specialty cocktails include classics like peppermint mocha martinis, RumChata hot cocoas, and Bulleit bourbon hot toddies. Guests can linger over their cozy cocktails and nibble at seasonal mountaintop fare that includes tableside campfire s’mores and homemade classic poutine.

Live entertainment will complement the snowy space every Friday and Saturday. The Ski Chalet Pop-Up Bar will be located at HOBNOB Halcyon’s High-Up Bar on the second floor. All the best features of the winter season will be alive and well and celebrated in a warm, welcoming atmosphere.  

HOBNOB Halcyon is open for lunch and dinner and weekend brunch and offers a late-night bar and live music on the weekends. Lead designer, Ron Hammond, explained, “We wanted to create a space that incorporated every type of horror film genre from the widely known to the cult classics. The Red Room or “Blood Lounge” was greatly inspired by the 2018 film Suspiria, a remake of the 1977 Italian supernatural horror film of the same title. The high ceilings, eerie etched glass art ladies (that only the sharpest eyes will catch) and sprawling wooden beams give just a hint of the space’s history while still keeping attendees engaged with all of the eye popping scary décor. The main dance floor space was a continual evolving target and in the end is your Twisted Metal, Killer Clowns from outer space and where Stephen King’s IT fantasy comes to life under 20-feet of black light spider web. If it’s an all-night mesmerizing dance party with your friends, or a lounge vibe so unique you look like you’re on the set of next season’s American Horror Story, there’s a space for everyone.”
