A One-Night Celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month with Chefs Jon Novak and Arnaldo Castillo

Reservations Now Available for Saturday, September 20, 2025

In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, Brasserie Margot will host a one-night-only Four Hands Collaboration Dinner: Paris Meets Lima on Saturday, September 20, 2025, beginning at 7 p.m. The evening unites two of Atlanta’s most buzzed-about chefs for a celebratory night of storytelling through food: Jon Novak, acclaimed Executive Chef of Brasserie Margot, and Arnaldo Castillo, the James Beard Award–nominated chef behind Tio Lucho’s, recently named one of Bon Appétit’s “Best 11 Restaurants in Atlanta.”

Novak, who sharpened his skills in Michelin-recognized kitchens, has earned acclaim for his modern French style that balances artistry with approachability, establishing him as one of Atlanta’s chefs to watch. Castillo, born in Peru and raised in the South, brings a distinct culinary voice that bridges cultures with bold, soulful, and deeply personal dishes that have drawn national attention.

Together, they will create a five course tasting menu that begins with an amuse-bouche and unfolds into a dialogue between French technique and Peruvian spirit. Guests can expect inventive plates, layered flavors, and a celebratory atmosphere that honors Hispanic Heritage Month through creativity, collaboration, and community.

The Four Hands Paris Meets Lima dinner is $78++ per person, with limited seating available. For more information or to make a reservation, visit www.brasseriemargot.com.
