The Greek is a love letter to my Greek immigrant parents and to all the New England pizza joints, that welcomed every last person that walked through the doors and aimed for a better life in their newly adopted country,” says, Gianoulidis. “We are grateful for the patrons, friends and family that have opened this love letter with us this past year and look forward to celebrating for many years to come with our community, friends and patrons, old and newly found.”
