Easter Sunday on March 31 is a day of celebration and family gatherings as well as a time when Atlanta’s culinary scene shines brighter than ever. Once again, Atlanta’s top restaurants invite families and friends to indulge in special Easter feasts that promise a blend of traditional favorites and innovative delights. To ensure a spot at one of these restaurants, reservations are strongly recommended and are just a hop, skip and click away. For those looking to elevate Easter baskets, Bitzel’s Chocolate offers an array of items from limited-time chocolate boxes to decadent chocolate bunnies.

Bitzel’s Chocolate: A Sweet Easter Adventure

  • Newly opened Bitzel’s Chocolate turns Easter into a chocolate wonderland this month. From spring long-stem strawberries at $4 each to a selection of hollow chocolate offerings including a massive 10-pound 28-inch winking bunny (pictured below) with prices ranging from $6-$199, there’s a chef-crafted Easter treat for everyone. Other Easter offerings include chocolate-covered mini pretzels, schnapper rods, chocolate-covered Peeps and the limited-edition spring chocolate box at $34.99. Various Easter baskets are also available, ranging from $49-$79. For visitors to the 7,000 square-foot facility in Suwanee, Bitzel’s offers a true “Willy Wonka”-style experience allowing visitors to watch as various treats—from molded chocolates to fresh, continuously churning gelato—move through the production process.

Chido & Padres: A Twist on Easter Brunch

  • Chido & Padres adds a twist to its brunch menu for Easter with tamale muffins, smoked salmon and avocado sopes and tres leches pancakes. For dinner, guests can look forward to a special of whole snapper “huachinango” diabla. Reservations can be made via OpenTable.

Gypsy Kitchen: An Easter Brunch and Dinner with Spanish Flair

  • Gypsy Kitchen will serve its brunch menu while adding dinner features such as sweet potato chorizo croquettes, olive oil-poached halibut, beetroot and potato gnocchi and duck breast confit. Make reservations online

HOBNOB Neighborhood Tavern: A Special Easter Treat

  • All locations of HOBNOB Neighborhood Tavern—Atlantic Station, Halcyon, Brookhaven, Perimeter and Vinings—are serving brunch and dinner on Easter Sunday. Chefs also have added an all-day Easter special. The Easter ham platter features spiral-cut ham with apple cider glaze, mashed potatoes and broccoli for $18.95.

Milton’s Cuisine & Cocktails: An Elegant Easter Feast

  • Join Milton’s Cuisine & Cocktails this Easter Sunday, March 31, from 10 a.m.- 8 p.m. (last reservation at 7 p.m.), for a three-course prix fixe extravaganza. Among the course highlights are piquillo pepper crab bisque; smoked salmon deviled eggs; brioche French toast with scrambled farm eggs and a choice of applewood bacon or chicken apple sausage; shrimp and grits; root beer-glazed lamb chops with applewood smoke cheddar cheese rice grits; and spiral cut ham served with smoked cheddar mac and cheese and Brussels sprouts with apple and bacon. Ocean & Acre: A Sophisticated Easter Brunch and Dinner

  • Ocean & Acre delivers an upscale coastal vibe while serving its classic menu along with mouthwatering additions for brunch and dinner. Brunch additions include crème brûlée French toast and lobster omelet. Dinner brings delights such as braised rabbit cavatelli and poached halibut with smoked trout roe. Ray’s Restaurants: A Buffet to Remember and Dinner Downtown

  • Ray’s at Killer Creek and Ray’s on the River open their doors from 11 a.m.-7 p.m. for an unforgettable buffet priced at $75 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Buffet highlights include slow-roasted prime rib, Faroe Island salmon, holiday Nueske’s ham, signature mini crab cakes, Southern-style baked mac and cheese, almondine haricot verts, glazed Brussels and cauliflower, seasonal cobbler and a chef’s selection of bread pudding. The Big Ketch: A Seafood Easter Delight

The Woodall: Easter Brunch Offers a Festive Feast

  • The Woodall invites guests to celebrate Easter with a delightful brunch on Sunday, March 31. The special menu includes delectable options such as the traditional hot cross bun, available individually for $6 or in a basket of four for $20. Other highlights include confit lamb accompanied by smoked labneh, black cherry purée, charred onions and a fresh fava bean salad for $23. For a classic taste, the smoked ham dish, priced at $20, is served with honey bordelaise, charred carrots, smoked carrot purée and white asparagus. On Easter, Serena Pastificio – the coastal, Northern Italian destination in Midtown’s Colony Square – will offer a special Easter Brunch Buffet on Sunday, March 31 from 11am-3pm. The buffet menu ($60 for adults; $25 for children 12 & under) will be available alongside a mimosa special ($40) featuring a bottle of prosecco accompanied by orange, blood orange and grapefruit juices. Sun., March 31 – Delbar Alpharetta’s Easter Brunch Buffet

Delbar Alpharetta will host a special Easter Sunday buffet for brunch on Sunday, March 31 from 11am-2:30pm. The restaurant will serve items from their brunch menu including the Turkish Breakfast Station with labneh, halvah, feta cheese, radish, jam, honeycomb, dates, fruit, butter, hard boiled egg, soft boiled egg, sarshir, Nutella, fresh herbs, olives, raw vegetable and walnuts. The buffet is $80 per person, and reservations are available here.

Sun., March 31, 11:30am-2:30pm – Easter at Intercontinental Buckhead Atlanta and The Americano with Live Music & Festivities

Featuring a purple hue and garnished with mint and a lemon twist, the drink is made with Empress Indigo Gin, yellow Chartreuse, L’Epicerie de Provence Violet Syrup, lemon juice & muddles kumquats & mint.

Now Available for Pre-order – Le Bon Nosh’s Easter Carrot CakeLe Bon Nosh is now accepting pre-orders for their 10-inch Carrot Cake for Easter celebrations. The single-layer cake is topped with cream cheese frosting and slivered almonds, and feeds 8-12 people.
