In honor of National Pasta Day on Tuesday, October 17, 2023, ENZO Steakhouse & Bar will be hosting a special Pasta Making Class led by Executive Chef Andrea Montobbio beginning at 6 p.m. Open to all skill levels, Chef Andrea will guide class goers through the art of making pasta from start to finish during a two-hour interactive and hands-on experience. While sipping on wine and noshing on charcuterie and antipasti, participants will create their own pasta dinner to enjoy that evening and make enough to have seconds to take home along with one of Chef Andrea’s fan favorite pasta sauces.
