This holiday season, Carmel – the Buckhead Village restaurant serving free and inspired contemporary seafood – will be offering a special Feast of Seven Fishes prix fixe menu that promises to transport guests to the Mediterranean. Taking inspiration from the time-honored Italian-American tradition, Carmel invites diners to indulge in their rendition that celebrates the ocean’s bounty from December 19-24:
First Course:
Toro Crudo
ruby finger lime, Ikura, DOP olive oil
Second Course:
Grilled Scallops
uni, shiitake, wagyu vinaigrette
Third Course:
Lobster & Truffle Tortellini
melted leeks, shaved burgundy truffle
Dessert:
Basque Cheesecake
huckleberry preserves
Available exclusively for dinner, this limited-time menu will cost $95/person and be served alongside Carmel’s full a la carte menu. An optional wine pairing will also be available for $55/person. Reservations are recommended and can be made here
