Food, festivals and returning fan-favorites – What’s not to love? Throughout February, Atlantic Station offers a diverse lineup of activities in celebration of Black History Month, Lunar New Year and the season of love. Ring in the Year of the Dragon with the Lunar New Year Lantern Show and Festival, celebrate Black History Month with the Black History Month Movie Series, say hello to the Hello Kitty Café Truck or pork out at the 12th annual Beer, Bourbon and BBQ Festival. With experiences you’re sure to love, plan a visit to the Heart of Atlanta for a delightful lineup of ticketed and complementary events this February.

Through Monday, Feb. 12: LUNAR NEW YEAR LANTERN SHOW
Located at Atlantic Green | 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. EDT
Experience an enchanting celebration of Lunar New Year featuring lights, music and visuals at the top of every hour from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on the Atlantic Green. The nightly show features a beautifully designed, 90-foot-long dragon with over 25,000 lights, known as a Chinese symbol of good fortune, emerging from a cloud of fog near Atlantic Green and over 400 red lanterns illuminating the area for a special lantern show to honor the spiritual tradition that celebrates the reunion of loved ones. Visit here to learn more.

Throughout February: OVERTIME ELITE GAMES
Located at OTE Arena | 7 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. EDT
Experience thrilling basketball matchups amongst the nation’s top amateur players at Overtime Elite. Launched in 2021, OTE is an alternative option for young players aspiring to make it to the NBA, offering star athletes state-of-the-art training facilities, personalized education, media training and more. Celebrate Black History Month with epic, educational and iconic films! “The Color of Friendship” (2000), a tale about friendship, understanding and the importance of embracing diversity, screens on Thursday, Feb. 8. and “Remember the Titans” (2000), a film that explores the power of unity and triumph over racial divisions through the lens of a high school football team, screens on Thursday, Feb. 22. Bring blankets or chairs and choose a place to sit on the Atlantic Green lawn.

Saturday, Feb. 10: LUNAR NEW YEAR FESTIVAL

The festivities include a mesmerizing Lion Dance, a captivating Kung Fu/Tai Chi performance, a symbolic craft station, a numerologist who will make predictions based on your birthdate and much more. Indulge in a barbeque feast at the 12th annual Beer, Bourbon and BBQ Festival at the Pinnacle Lot! Spend the day outdoors soaking up the pleasures true Southerners live by: beer, bourbon, barbeque, biscuits and bluegrass!
